Remarks :

All faculty are firendly and very helpful. They are ready to help students. Our college is eco friendly campus. Also there is a canteen service offers which offers delicious meals for students and faculty.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Now KTU is generally text based. Current curriculum will not help students to achieve technical knowledge. But the structure of exams and publishing of results is awesome. The results are published on time.

Placement Experience :

Our colleges also have placement cells that brings companies and manages all placement activities. Our placement cell offers a wide range of placement training. however they are paid. Major companies are Infosys, TCS etc

College Events :

Our college conduct tech fest 'Drona' and arts fest 'Drishya' every year. Our college also conducts union day and many other events. Tech fest and arts fest are celebrated as grand event which is celebrated in four days.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Our college offers a free structure of 75000 for students who was admitted in college by considering Kerala Entrance Exam. Also our college only charges fees of about RS 8000 to students who have achieved less than 10k rank in entrance exam.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

college offers wide variety of scholarship programms. scholarship are available for backward class students and also Christian students. Also parents of children whose annual income is below 2 lacks is given scholarship also.

Campus Life :

Hostel Facilities :

Great facilities but far from the college. One is being shared bye three students. Five floors and a total of 15 rooms in each floor. Great facilities in the hostel good water and food and clean environment.

External Expense : Rs. 2000 - Rs. 4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Our college have a committee called discipline committee that prevents any sort of ragging or abusing of freshers by seniors. Seniors are very friendly and are helpful when needy. We often seek help of senior for doing projects. so they are very helpful.

Admission :

I got in through Karnataka Common Entrance Test. I chose ISE because I'm passionate about programming languages, big data, Internet of things and could computing. There was no formal interview but there was an intensive induction program.

Faculty :

About 40% of the faculty are doctorates. The rest are either post graduates or perusing PhD. Almost all teachers manage to deliver the required lessons in an interesting manner. All teachers provide help to students even after hrs.

Placement Experience:

Students can avail placenta from the 7th semester where a lot of companies are available. I don't know about the highest package but all of them are pretty decent. Most of the packages are IT and sales.

Actually placement cell is a bit week the company's is not that reputed and they offer monthly salary of 12k to 15k. Probably some startup companies. And many students choose that and work for 1 or 2 years to gain experience and then they apply for better opportunities.

SEEING STCET THROUGH MY VISION

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards we could attend placement interviews and many companies used to approach our college but mostly IT companies as I was in civil dept the construction companies were very less or NIL. In our batch, most of the students got placed and many offer letters but the only disadvantage was the offers were not from the core companies.
