College provides a safe and healthy environment between city so becomes accesible and study supportive. But as time passes the administration quality is falling down the bathrooms are not as much as they should be.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is one of the toughest course with vast syllabus. we have monthly 3 internal assesment which is like a monthly slip test. the course is 5. 5 years. we have 3 subjects anatomy, physiology, biochemistry. anatomy is the toughest one.
Placement Experience
As it is a medical college thera is no placement for us. however we have a compulsary one year intership in madurai Rajaji hospital as house surgeon. during this period they provide us 10-12k per month.
College Events
College fest, and there are so many celebration events on our college like onam programs, eid Mubarak, Christmas party, dwani 2020, freshers day and sentooff college arts, college sports, inter college art and sports
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it is a government medical colege the fees is feasible which is around 15k per annum and mess fees around 5-6k per month. there are 3 persons per room in the men's hostel but the building is very old.
Fees and Financial Aid
As per tamilnadu government we can avail many scholarships based on caste, community etc. other than that first graduation scholarship also provide useful to the every first graduates in a family. thats all I know
Campus Life
Yes. every week we have physio and biochemistry lab practicals and everyday we go for dissecting the cadaver. indoor stadium construction is going on. we have basketball court and cricket, football grounds as well.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes our colege has organised an alumni association which they would help a lot in future jobs. ee have vast alumni network and alumni association building construction is going on. we have seen very skillful alumnis.
Admission
It is one of the top 5 medical colleges in tamilnadu. I chose this college based on neet rank. The hospital associated with this college is vast with lot of patients. we can see many different cases here.
Faculty
The faculties in our college are well experienced doctors with minimum salary of 1lakh. they teach us by means of ppt presentation. bio chemistry department is the boring one. our hods are very friendly and help us
