Remarks

This college can be reviewed under moderate or average, not so good and not so bad, but after the new building comes, college may improve in a very good way I guess, and even if the college is deemed it will be simply superb

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum is not bad, but the thing is st. joseph college of law is working under Karnataka state law University (KSLU) so all the question papers for the exams will be coming from the University and also the answer papers will be corrected by them only. in which KSLU is a bit strict

Placement Experience

3

Coming to placement and job opportunities, our college is just three years old. and thus year only first batch of students will be passing out. only be the end of this semester we will know about it. talking about internship, it is a mandatory process for law students to do Internship of four weeks in a year

College Events

2

Kairos which is sports day, Mantana which is culturals day, and fresher's day, college is planning for more and more celebrations but they are short of place as we dont have our own building or auditorium which will be built within a year

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is not very expensive but not feasible also. I'm from bcom. llb paying 1, 12, 000 for one academic year and more than that we pay for uniform fees, exam fees, etc. And they don't provide hostel facilities also

Fees and Financial Aid

This college provides scholarship for SC ST and OBC students but only for those who are from Karnataka and not for other state students, coming to loan. students are not able to take education loan because they are not providing break up statement for fees receipt

Campus Life

2

No sports are provided Atleast one period is not provide to sports and workshops also provided the only request is provide sports atleast one hr in a day and cultural societies or studeng diversity and tolerence.

Hostel Facilities

0.5

There is no hostel provided by the college, students have find their own PGs which is tough for people from far places and also parents are scared to send their children to some private hostels or house

Alumni/Alumna

As I said earlier, our college is just three years old and the first batch is passing out this year only so there are no alumni networks and all. and talking about seniors we didn't have common platform to meet seniors and interact with them

Admission

Management quota seat, through my colleague, he is an placement officer, my dad talked to him, mechanical coarse is my dream, it is an evergreen coarse we may get in to software or hardware core jobs that's the purpose I choose mechanical engineering.

Faculty

3.5

Most of the faculties here are experienced and great in teaching too. there are two three exceptional cases, most of the teachers are well mannered and well behaved, this college even provides counselors to whom students can share their stress and all

It is better to start internship in 2nd or 3rd year for proper legal understanding before a student graduates from the college. The college will provide practical knowledge but it does not encounter proper real life situatons.

The worst they are very unfair the faculties leak the question papers for money and take money from students under the table for clearing their backlogs nd for year back. Most faculties are worthless they don't kn how to teach or explain they discriminate on the basis of ethnicity.
