Course Curriculum Overview

1 Rajasthan Technical University, Kota has implemented the Model Curriculum for Undergraduate Degree Courses in Engineering & Technology (with some modifications): a) For students admitted in Session 2018-19 and onwards. b) For students admitted in Session 2017-18, from II year onwards. However, for existing I year, the marks obtained will be converted to equivalent credit by RTU. 2 Definition of Credit: 1 hr. Lecture (L) per week 1 credit 1 hr. Tutorial (T) per week 1 credit 1 hr. Practical (P) per week 0. 5 credits 2 hrs Practical(Lab)/week 1 credit 3 General rules for Credits: a) A credit of 166 will be required for a student to be eligible to get Undergraduate Degree in Engineering & Technology. b) A credit of 125 (166-41) will be required for a student to be eligible to get Undergraduate Degree in Engineering & Technology admitted through Lateral Entry (LEEP) in 2018-19 and onward. c) A student will be eligible to get B. Tech. (Honours) Degree, if he/she completes an additional 20 credits. These should be acquired through MOOCs only. d) The structure of the degree will be as follows: Degree Required Credits B. Tech. 166* B. Tech. (Honours) 166+20 (MOOC’s)

Job opportunity were there but not in very good MNCs so if you need more reputed job then you need to apply from outside of the college or you can prepare for various government exams like DRDO ISRO POWERGRID ONGC IOCL etc

College Events

The college life of a student is all about the cultural and academic events in the college premises. In the league of organizing events, Arya College of Engineering and IT is always ready to take a step ahead in organizing events for the students. Commonly, the Arya College organizes three different types of events every year in the college. The three types of event are Cultural Events, Technical Events, and Academic Events. Some of the Cultural Events at the Arya College Jaipur are Goonj (an Electrical Engineering Dept. event), Shradhanjali (tribute to the founder Chairman), Arya Cup (Sports activities), Arya Ratan (Fresher’s Party), Victory (co-curricular activities), Graduation Day, Euphonious (national level band competition), Top Gun (farewell party), etc. Some of the Technical Events at the Arya College are Hackathon, Jaipur Street Karting Cup (engineering education), THAR (for future technocrats), Exergie and Autoignition (national Level Technical Fest), Zephyear (The Annual Tech Fest), Microsoft App Development and so on. Lastly, some of the Academic events at the Arya Colleges are Conferences and Conventions, National Seminar Technical Terminology in Engineering & Science, Microsoft Innovation, Seminars & Workshops, Engineer’s Day celebration and many more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was very economical and supportive for students government also provide scholarship for economically weaker students. Students can avail two types of scholarship one is state government and other from central government for ex-army son but you can avail one at a time

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Actually college provide us Allahabad bank facility but for education loan we need to apply in bank and bank performs various official procedures to grant loan by requiring essential documents from us

Campus Life

Various types of technical labs and annual sport activities carried out time to time these build up confidence of students and to create harmony among students. Sports being held with other engineering colleges that were more interesting to perform better

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities were average so do not expect much better like 3 star facilities but you get all the things in hostel which you need is more crucial cleanliness was average and lighting was good security was not issue there

Alumni Meet Arya College holds an annual meeting of the alumni to revive and cherish the treasured moments spent together. This alumni meet is organized at college campus and various cities across India. The primary aim of this meet is to strengthen the bond with their fellow alumni and the upcoming batches of Arya. Alumni’s experiences, valuable views and information acts as a guiding light for future talents. Alumni Association Arya alumni association has been functioning since 2016 at the college campus. The main objectives of the association are to maintain the relationship between college and alumni and share the details of mutual growth, achievements and advancement in various fields through this association. Alumni also exchange their expert views with students I interactive sessions round the year to provide guidance to the juniors to excel in their profeesions. Alumni Lectures In alumni Lecture, the visiting alumni share their experiences, career path and provide the insights into advancement in technology with students so that they upgrade their skills and knowledge.

Admission

First I appeared for upsee exam then based on rank and counselling procedure I get admission After completing all my official procedures and documents varification I prefer electrical engineering so I get it here

Faculty

Faculty were more qualified but guest faculty were little bit less qualified but if you have passion of learning then these guest faculty can also deliver you a lot of knowledge to you faculty were cooperative

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is not that good. Hardly 2-3 companies come here for foodtech. But there are job opportunities for this course. It is a growing field. Outside the campus, if applied in any company, there are chances of selection based on the skills and knowledge one has related to the field

From the 7th semester, you are eligible for college placements they have good placement records companies like Byjus, Hp, IBM, Infosys, Indian Army, etc. come to college for placements. The highest goes to 31 lakhs and the average goes to 4 to 5 lakhs. So almost 80 to 90 percent of students get placed.

The positive& negative remarks for the college is that you should placed in good companies if you follow the college pattern and it is mainly college for study here no other activities are held here except study .this is a strict college no music dance fest and singers come in college.
