Remarks

Chandigarh University is a very good university. It gives us the best platform to achieve our desired dreams. Best infrastructure, highly qualified teachers, good hostel facilities with wi-fi 24hrs., modern labs for project work and research work lead to opting Chandigarh University. Our ECE department is one of the best department in CU in terms of teaching and learning process as well as placements. This university is 100% ragging free.

Course Curriculum Overview

My course was ECE and there are a great teaching and learning process in our department. For project work and research work, there are modern labs with well equipped. The ratio of faculty per student good if we compare with other colleges or universities.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience

Campus placement is above 90 percent in the ECE department. All MNCs coming for placements offer high package per annum for students.

Campus Life

CU fest, Tech fest. Apart from these, cultural fests are also organized. In each department individual library is there. All classrooms are equipped with projectors.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is very good. Security is high. Wi-fi facility is available 24 hrs. Food quality is good in the mess.

Placement Experience:

Yes my engineering college provide placement to students many companies visited this year as intern for third year student like visa, samsungand many more .one has to be competitive enough for scoring and clearing all the round and to get internship as well as placement.

Internships at LPU

Placement Experience:

I exactly don't know but after 4 th or 5 th students are eligible for internship and placements. Generally in 7th semester 90 percent students grab their internship. Many companies visit on campus placement like Capgemini, Amazon, Infosys, TCS, Microsoft and many more. Highest package offered is 64 LPA by Microsoft and lowest was 4 LPA. Almost 90 percent students get placed by 8th semister. I also want to go to a MAANG company after getting my degree.

LPU through a hostelers lens

Placement Experience:

From sixth semester onwards the students become eligible for college placement. Companies such as Tcs, corizo, wipro visit for placements , highest packages reach around 1 cr and average is about 10 to 15 lac for students with good scores

A Comprehensive Review on College Life, Academics and Opportunities

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities provided are moderate in compariosan to other colleges and they are failry good in comaprison to the private unis.Most of the students based on their academics and skills become eligible for placements in their 5th semester.Both MNCs and startups visit the college and the average package ranges form 8-10 lpa and highest package can touch crores.The percentage of student getting placed is aslo good though i dont lnow the exact statistics. My plan is to go for placements during and after my degree.

Four Years of Growth , Grit and Glory

Placement Experience:

In Chandigarh University you are being elligible to sit in the placement from the end of the 6th semester . A large no. of companies visit the unversity daily for all type of departments talking about my department , companies like Zopasmart , JTG , EY , JP Morgan , TCS , Cognizant , Deloite and many other companies came for the college comapnies with ann average comapny selected upto 10 -12 students . Till now the highest package offered is 37 LPA for the role of software developer . Talking about the no. of students placed from the total students in the batch i would say less then 30% percent of the total students have been placed from the university campus placements till now . Curently i am also focusing on the campus placements to get a start to know more about the corporate world , If i am unable to get a campus placement the i ll go for offline interviews and spends 4 to 5 years in the field after that i ll start my own buisness .

Placement here are really worse because too much of crowd so yea rarely 10 students get placement out of 100 I am thinking to leave this uni and move to Germany. 10% student get placed. No plans really I am thinking to move Germany

The placement opportunity in my my college are quite strong and generally being from the 6 semester when Student become officially eligible for campus requirement, and CGPA must be greater than 7.5 and no back in previous papers

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester a student is eligible for the placements, companies like TAFE, CLASS, Mahindra and Mahindra and many others come for campus placements. The average package is of 5-6 lacs and the highest package, according to me was gone for john deere company at the price of 15 lacs per annum. The students have 80-90% chances of getting placements. I personally want to pursue my higher studies and work on my future preneurs.

one of best university in india

CU is very big university so if someone has some problem it may take some time to resolve but it will resolve for sure. ci have student care center which is open 24x7 and where anyone can share their problem or complaint against anyone every student is allowed to meet higher authority directly some things which I don't like is the behaviour of security guard but then I think they all are doing it for us only....Read More
