Course Curriculum Overview

The exams are like you have 2 mid exams and assignments and one end semester exam for each semester. The mid exams are being evaluated by the concerned faculty only. Final exam papers may be evaluated by College faculty or sometimes other College faculty also.

Placement Experience

Many companies visit the campus and select the students of the fourth year. Job opportunities are provided according to the branch of students. Some of the companies like UXREACTOR ,NEUDESIC,ZF INDIA PVT LTD,CORE COMPETE,IBM and also IBMTraining for students is provided for securing the campus placements. In our college, you will get a minimum of 2 certifications which are recognised by MNCs.there will be no internship available in our college

College Events

It will have the exposure of several projects and start up ideas come by students in our college and other colleges also.Convergence It is our college technical fest. It will have many technical events, workshops,games,activities. Many students from different colleges will come and participate in it

Hostel Facilities

Yes I opted for Hostel, And the hostel is Non AC, But with great quality of food and infrastructure. It provides WritingTables, chairs, planks and it covered with good environment. For entertainment it also provides SportsRoom with all kinds of Sports equipment and a TV room also.

Admission

I got the admission by writing an entrancetest (EAMCET) through Convenor Quota by selecting options according to my course. And in the first counselling I got this college and we need to submit all the documents

Faculty

Our college faculty is a good faculty very experienced and very knowledgeable persons. Every department has separate faculty. In every department there are nearly 15-20 PhD lectures. Some of them are now writing their thesis.

My college review for JPNCE

Course Curriculum Overview:

I felt that entire curriculum needs to be changed, since there are many useless subjects that are irrevalant to software engineering in CSE. I also felt subjects like c,c++, java needs to be replaced with python and web development subject should be replaced with something like nextjs. Initially I thought the syllabus and curriculum was good untill 3rd year of my Btech degree. The curriculum of jntuh is outdated in terms of real world. Teaching methods are ok though it needs minor improvements in some areas. The frequency of exams is same, you get semester exams and supply exams , you will have more chances to clear you backlogs, my advice is to clear backlogs in same year or try not getting any backlogs in engineering. timing of exams is usually after every 6 months out of which we usually have 180 or more working classes days. And in between we get sundays, holidays,events and other things. Semester exams are difficult especially subjects like mathematics or electronic subjects like ADE, which is irrelavant to CS.

Absolutely unsatisfied because of faculty and lack of placements.

Placement Experience:

Right Iam in 7 th semester ending,no company came to our college to recruit us.May be in 8 th sem companies will come.My seniors got in some companies like TCS, Infosys,Capgemini etc..with an average of 3.6 lpa.And all students did not get placed just 10 students in each class got placement.We need more placements to satisfy the students.

The placements here are good and the highest package for this year 2024 is around 54 lakhs and last year the Highest package is 42 lakhs offered by Amazon there are placements available for every branch and the average package is 9 lakhs

The world inside GRIET

Placement Experience:

After the third year or 6th Semester you can take part in placements. There has been a lack of companies visiting this year. So far Infosys, accenture, cognizant, LSEG, Verisk have come for placements. The details are unknown to all the people but the highest package yet has been around 16-20 LPA. The Percentage of students getting placed is less compared to previous years around 20-30%

Detailed review of VNR VJIET

I did chose this college because it is highest rated EAMCET college in Telangana. Vnr when compared to others is far better in curriculum and placements.the addmission process starts atound Feb of every year. There is also management quota . The only other college applied is cbit . I did not get the seat for my rank . The admission process is of three ways. One sis EAMCET exam and the other is jee mains percentile ( b cat) and the last one is nri quota also called as management quota.
