Remarks

Overall it was a comfortable curriculum that allowed us to participate in club activities also.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was the same as followed by other universities for B.Com to maintain standardized. We were expected to maintain at least 75% attendance in both classes and labs or we were not allowed to appear for the exams.

Placement Experience

The placement and E-cell were quite equipped in our department. They offered us on-campus jobs as well. A lot of companies came for placements but I wanted to go for higher studies so I did not apply for a job.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was affordable. It was ten thousand eight hundred thirty one only for each year which made it a good and affordable university to study from. Per semester the fee wasn't more than eight hundred rupees.

Campus Life

There are various clubs and activities present around the campus. There are specific clubs for each sport, NCC, NSS is also available. We have annual fests as well. We also go to participate in the fests of other colleges.

Admission

My admission was facilitated according to the merit list made by the university after the online application. Students from commerce backgrounds mainly appeared for B.Com admissions. My name was present in the second shortlist. After that, I was called to the orientation and offline counseling process at the university.

Faculty

The faculty was mostly good. All the faculty members were qualified and quite supportive. They always insisted us to clear our doubts either in class or separately. The guest faculty members were also good at teaching. Our teachers supported us by making us feel comfortable and were always ready to help.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements in there 6th semester during 3rd year. The students has to score highest grades and should be capable of any skills and has to showed up in academic skills are eligible for getting placements. Sometimes the federal banks and other service centres approached the college for placing the students. The students from our department are placed in companies like( Tata Consultancy services and Accenture) . I think the highest package and average packages are around 25000. After all, my plans are degree is to getting placed in any reputed companies and further more.
