Very good Dental college of Tirunelveli

I completed my BDS from Rajas Dental College and Hospital. I learnt numerous things and gained various skills at college. I enjoyed the course duration alot, we had very good teachers and good facilities at college helped us practice anytime and any much we liked. The overall experience of college was quite good.

The course curriculum is quite good. Different practices and techniques were taught to us in respective labs. The course aimed at practical implementation and studies of different respects. The course was divided into 8 semesters, and examinations were held at the end of each semester.

There are various job opportunities after the course. The students can either work at any renowned dental clinic or hospital or open their own dentist clinic. Many students started working under famous dental surgeons.

The yearly fee charged annually for the course BDS was around 2lakhs. The totally free for the course was 8lakhs. The fee is quite expensive, but there are also multiple concession and scholarship opportunities for meritorious students and students from weaker section of the society.

The college is regularly engaged in conducting various activities for encouraging the practical skills of students like medical camps, different first lectures and seminars. The college has a well-built library and labs for the practice of students.

I took admission to the college through counselling with my NEET score, proceeded with a short interview at the college, after which I carried over with my admission process. It all went with ease and I completed my admission process in few hrs and summoned a portion of the fee to get admission in the college.

The faculty of the college is a team of friendly professionals who are quite approachable and some teachers are also pretty intimidating but always ready in clearing out doubts at earliest. I liked the teachers in our course alot.
