Amazing College and innovative courses

I chose NIFT because of the brand name,as being the top 2nd institute in the country for fashion studies and the course details they provided on their brochure. I got admission in MIT,Pune but I chose NIFT over MIT,Pune because of the brand name. I had only applied for the National Institute of Fashion Technology entrance test and got a good rank, hence moved ahead with it. The admission process at my college required me to pass a two-level entrance test, where the first one was theory and the second one was practical. After which, results are announced and then one needs to attend the counseling session at the nearby center of NIFT choose the available course and center, and submit the required fees and other details. For bachelor programs, the candidate's maximum age should be less than 24 years as of the 1st of August of the year of Admission. I have always been into fashion so I decided to opt for some course that educated me about fashion. I went for NIFT entrance exam and I opted for the BFTech course, I.e. Bachelor of Fashion Technology. I could've gone for BFD that is Bachelor of Fashion Designing but it was too mainstream and I wanted to learn more than that. The college is amazing! Such amazing laboratories, such amazing machines, the teachers are fully knowledgeable about their subjects and are understanding. The admission process wasn't too hefty. It all happened online (because of Covid) but if the situation were different, the counselling would've happened offline in the college centers.
