Best college for B.Arch in Kerala

I completed my B.Arch from GIA. I liked my whole course duration there and picked many different skills which turned out to be pretty helpful in my later on live. The overall experience of mine with college was quite decent.

The college provides B.Arch under Calicut University. The syllabus is good and covers almost all essentials of architecture. The exams were held on a semester basis for a duration of 5 years. The course follows a semester-based approach for examinations.

There are various job opportunities after the course in either interior design, designing, architecture and so on. Many companies did visit the campus for college placements. Meritorious students got easily placed in the companies. One can also apply in off-campus drives to get hired.

The fee for the first year of my B.Arch was Rs.80,000. The yearly fee charged was also Rs. 80,000. The total fee for my course duration of 5 years was around 4 lakhs, which is quite feasible for the course as the course is of high value than it seems.

The college has a good library with a wide variety and number of books. The computer labs are also pretty good. The extracurricular activities were also timely organised by college to movie stories of students and conducting competitions, sports, workshops and so on.

Admission to the college is one the basis of score of NATA and 12th aggregate combined. I took admission here to pursue my B.Arch here, I heard about this college alot. The admission process was a little tough but I went through it and got admission here.

The faculty of the college where skilled professionals with good knowledge of their respective subjects and taught us pretty well. We always had our doubts and queries soccer by teachers as the teachers were quite approachable.
