Aspirants seeking admission to 5 year Full-time Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

Candidate must have attained 17 years of age as on 31st December 2018.
A candidate who has passed 10+2/Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate.
In addition, candidate should have scored 40% of marks (80 marks out of 200) in the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) examination.

Best college for B.Arch in Kerala

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The fee for the first year of my B.Arch was Rs.80,000. The yearly fee charged was also Rs. 80,000. The total fee for my course duration of 5 years was around 4 lakhs, which is quite feasible for the course as the course is of high value than it seems.

Good private institute for architecture in palakkad

Fees and Financial Aid:

I myself have not availed any scholarship but some of my friend have applied under Central government schemes for students who are pursuing under graduation courses. One will not find it difficult to apply for loans from majority of banks.
