One of most Affordable women's college in Tamil Nadu

I completed my B.Sc Mathematics from Sri G.V.G Visalakshi College for Women. The college experience was quite good, I had pretty good teachers and friends at the college. The college library was my favourite place to study and had many memories attached to the college.

The college is affiliated to Bharathiar University. The syllabus, examinations, guidelines and Dattatreya is decided by the Bharathiar University itself. The course is quite good and the course is semester-based. The studies are a little tough but not much hectic.

There are quite many job opportunities after the course for 2lpa to 3lpa. Most of the students decided to complete their post-graduation from here itself while many states to do jobs as teachers at schools, in BPOs and so on.

The fee for my B.Sc Mathematics for the first year was around Rs. 1400 and the total fee was around Rs. 4000, which is found to be quite feasible. The fee is quite low so as students for weaker sections of society can also study here.

The college has a good library and lab facility for students. The college also holds different sports and cultural events at the campus for personal development of students, and to provide them with a stress-free environment. The college's infrastructure is also quite good.

The admission to college is available on merit as well as management quota on first come first serve basis. I took admission here through direct mode. The admission process was quite easy and the reception staff was quite friendly and I completed my admission process with ease.

The faculties are all good teachers who are well qualified. Most of the teachers are master degree holders and some are doctorate. Teachers are quite strict but are always ready to clear doubts and queries and have amazing problem-solving abilities.
