Divya Singh's Review On Nirmala College Of Pharmacy - [NCP], Muvattupuzha

This course is a 6 year program wherein exams are conducted annually. Students are taught about pharmacy in detail and the aim is to prepare them for their careers post completion of the course. Students have to do a compulsory clerkship and submit project based on their experience.

The students have to go for a compulsory internship as a part of this program. Also, the college provides placement assistance to its students by conducting training sessions and recruitment drives for the final year students.

The college charges Rs. 230000 annually for this course. So, for a duration of 6 years, the total comes upto Rs. 1380000. It is a bit expensive for a large section of people and therefore can't be easily afforded.

Extracurricular activities are an important part of education and therefore a number such activities are organized for them. Few of them include annual sports day celebration, festive celebration of Christmas and onam, college day, etc.

The senior students of the college are very helpful and always there to help out their juniors. They conduct alumni meets too for the students to always keep in touch with the college and also the classmates be in touch.

Students are given admission into this course based on their marks achieved in either their higher secondary examinations with science/bio subjects or depending on their marks achieved in Diploma in pharmacy from a recognized institute.

The faculty of this college is approachable and friendly in nature. They are qualified people, with experience in teaching and are always ready to clear doubts of their students. They also guide them with respect to their future.
