Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was designed in order to provide a deep understanding of advancement in food technology. The course structure was in line with the Anna University standards of Chennai. So in totality, it will give a positive review in terms of academics.
Placement Experience
Placements mainly depend on the student’s performance. If you don’t do well in academics you might face challenges in the placement process, as many of our seniors are unemployed as such. So do take this point into consideration. Companies like Wipro, Ridsys, zebronics and many other companies visit the college for the placement process.
Fee Structure And Facilities
B.tech food technology was a four-year program, with an annual fee of around INR 55,000 per year but only the first year fee will cost you around 60,000. I think the fee structure is feasible in comparison to other universities and considering all the facilities provided by the college fee is quite nominal.
Campus Life
Only events that take place on the college campus are based on academics. Apart from that, some sports events, industrial visits, Training Programme, workshops, etc. are also organized. Your faculty will push you towards extracurricular activities for your own good. Inter-Collegiate Sports and games competition.
Admission
Admission in the B.tech food technology program in this university is based on the score of an entrance exam. You can apply via online mode or offline mode with the required information. Candidate must have passed the board examination with PCM and the student needs to qualify the State Level Entrance EXAM or JEE Main.
Faculty
The faculty is quite cooperative, which enhances the possibility of your overall development. But most importantly they are updated with the all latest advancements in the food technology. University also provide the guest faculty for special topics in the advancement of food technology.
