SMR East Coast College of Engineering and Technology, Thanjavur was established in 2010. S.M.R. East Coast College of Engineering and Technology is ideally situated in a scenic beauty providing the right ambience for pursuing Higher education. SMR East Coast College of Engineering and Technology, is affiliated by Anna University of Technology, Trichy & approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Govt. of India, New Delhi. The college provides affordable technical education to rural youth. The main objectives of the college is to promote research and development activities on par with international standard.
