Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is so very easy. Only a one-year course.I love this course as I have full interest in tourism. We got a chance to know about different travel and tourism plans and learn many new things about it.

Placement Experience

3.5

As my course is a diploma course, so we did not get a chance to appear in the college campus interview. Job opportunities are not available in our course. Only based on our course, we got jobs after completing the course.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Course fees are not much. We have to pay the fees one time during college admission.Exams are conducted after the completion of the course. Exam fees are to be paid extra, in the time of exams for diploma certificate.

Campus Life

4

I did not get a chance to attend many extracurricular activities. As our course is only for one year. But after the admission process, there was a get-together event for us conducted by our seniors. This extracurricular event was best.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are very helpful. They provide us study material, if we need and make us familiar with the college environment. Alumni also visit to our college for attending any get-together functions conducted by present students.

Admission

The admission process is very simple. I just online inquiry for the course and the process for admission. And in the time of admission I visited our college for admission. No entrance exam is conducted for admission.

Faculty

3.5

I met our teachers for only 1 year. But in this one year, we learned a lot of things from our course and outside course from our teachers. They are simply awesome to give their best knowledge to us and make us perfect in our course.

Placement Experience:

The college offers Campus placements in hospitality and tourism fields. Many companies come for campus interviews. Also, the placement manager co-ordinates with the students and send the students to various organizations for interview. As far as I know, almost 75% of students in our batch got good placements through the college. Also, the travel and tourism field offers a wide array of employment, so one does not need to wait for campus placements.

Placement Experience:

Laterals placements are chiefly meant for candidates with more extensive work experience. Candidates with more than 10 months of work experience only are eligible for the Lateral Recruitment process. Lateral Placements at IIMs start a month or two before the final placements. The candidates selected by the companies for Lateral placement are offered senior and middle-management positions. During the final placements process, students are recruited for permanent, full-time positions with various firms and all students are allowed to apply, regardless of whether they have prior work experience or not. The final placement process takes place in the month of March every year, at the end of the 2-year course The final placement process mirrors the summer placement process in that it is also conducted in a day format, in which firms are invited on campus on a particular day on which the firms can choose candidates.
