The curriculum here is built in such a way that it rarely suffocates the students with extra works and assignments. Regular classes are very informative to attend. With a very well constructed course structure.

HCL is our top recruiter. The placement cell at SIT helps us build a strong basement, be it personality development or technical skills. SIT has three phases of placement: 1)Summer training/project 2)Pre-placement/mock interview 3)Final interview

Fees for regular B.Tech (any stream) is Rs. 79,100 per annum which makes a total sum of Rs. 3.16 Lakhs. Whereas for lateral entries it is the same annually but they only pay a sum of Rs. 2,37,000 (three years) for the whole course.

Students who are willing to pay their fees through educational loans are very well allowed to do so. Scholarship details given by the college to meritorious students are mentioned on the official website. We have photocopiers and other stores inside the hostel itself.

We have a lush-green pollution-free campus. Labs are well-equipped and very useful. Mediclaim is a scheme at SIT where a student in a time of sudden medical emergency can seek help which will later be taken care of by the insurance company.

Boys and girls have separate hostels. Girls have their hostels out of the campus, the boys have it inside. We enjoy a multi-cuisine food. The rooms are spacious enough creating a good ambience for studies and other co-curricular activities.

I got mechanical engineering in my counselling. UPSEE score and a minimum of 50% in the boards is required to get into SITS. Even lateral entries are taken based on their diploma scores. The institute's official website has other admission-related FAQs.

Faculties of SIT are very well trained in handling professional courses and are full of subject knowledge. We have guest lecturers visiting us frequently, and also some prominent key personalities to share their knowledge with us.
