The course curriculum is well updated and includes all the recent developments and studies. In this course, we are required to do presentations, group work, seminars, industrial visit, assignments, viva, internships and so many other activities which makes us job-ready.

They provide the best internships to each and every student and help students to start their careers by opening their own clinic or whether doing hospital jobs.

College Events

There are a lot of events that are being held in cu like DJ nights, Tashan nights, fest, workshops, seminars, debates, shooting. Students get a lot of opportunities to participate in various activities and show their talent whether through dancing or speech to open mic or singing

The fee structure of our course is quite expensive they charge 50,000 per semester but once you start the course you realize the money is worth it as they provide industrial trips, workshops, and seminars in this course which makes us job-ready and helping us to learn easily

Cu provides scholarships to students which is a really great opportunity for students to cake across it.

Campus Life

Campus life is extremely good. In evening hostellers came for a walk or just hang out with their friends eating snacks in campus and playing sports like basketball, badminton, volleyball. And there is a fountain where most of the students doing fun and sit around.

Senior students are really helpful they provide notes to their juniors and helps in clearing their doubts.

Through exploring different universities I came across cu which provides the best placements to you and the teaching staff is well updated they have really nice medical facility and provides industrial visits in my course and seminars. This has tie-ups with 275+ international universities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course that is bsc in artificial intelligence and data science is quite demanding and I think this is the only field which is growing faster. Another reason for choosing this was I had huge interest in this field. But faculty,their teaching way and syllabus is too way less as compared to course. They focus more on their rather than the practical work but in this field practical work is more important than theory as theory plays no role in this field . They must reduce the number of mid sem exams conducted and focus more on making students better in practical work. After the starting of semester, just after 25 days when syllabus not even completed as the 1st unit.. they shout spreading the news of exams. We just got too busy in exams which make us feel distracted from our real work .

Remarks:

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100.
