A dignified College.

Overall, as a private college, it is no doubt a very good college. My experience in this university, till date, has been the best. I would suggest all the students to go for this college if they find their particular courses here.

This particular course deals with the production processes that makes food. The course is for four years and I find this course very interesting. I am a foodie, and since I love to eat as well as cook, I decided to learn how to process food in details. Exam is based on semesters and therefore it isn't hectic as such.

Industrial training, Industrial visits and live projects take place in the university and are employed with, which includes companies such as - Cadbury, Nestle, Bonn Foods, Weikfield, HF Super, Delmonte, Rail Coach Factory, Tiwana Oil Mill, Kandhari Beverages, MVM Industries, Magnus International, Cord Life Sciences, Catalystone Solutions, Group 10 Technologies, AONHEWITT, Bayatree, Safeltek and many more.

The course is for consecutive five years and the per semester fee is Rs.47,300. At the time of admission, the fee to be given is Rs.57,300/- which is expensive. But this is a different special course which gives students designation in various great food brands.

The University awards ‘Sri Guru Granth Sahib Scholarships’ to 10% needy and meritorious students in all courses, against an additional 10 % supernumerary seats, that is, the seats over and above the sanctioned intake. 60% is required to be eligible enough for the scholarship.

Extracurricular activities include - facilities for playing indoor and outdoor games, cultural activities etc. Also there are laboratories, which are separate for separate departments which helps students to experiment as well as learn new things.

Application form is to be downloaded from the college's own website and submitted with the requisition fee of Rs.500. Students applying for the UG programs, will be selected on the basis of the marks scored in 10+2 examination or equivalent examination.

The university comprises of faculty members of Punjab who are very well qualified with a high level degree in their respective education field. Their sincerity and dedication towards their teaching of students makes one spell bound.
