Review about Chandigarh University

The course curriculum is industry-based and research-oriented. Internships programs are provided by the department through which students get the chance to explore the practical knowledge and current technologies used in the field of forensic science. Good and quality education given the faculty of this department gets reflected in the form of placements of students.

The department is doing their best to provide placements to their students. Students of forensic science department are placed in govt. As well as in private labs every year. The students gets also placed in other relevant fields.

Many events are celebrated in college every year. CU fest, tech event, cultural festivals, youth fest. lohri, sports meet, tashnan nites, sunburn and many more. Students get refreshed by such events. Sudents from state and international level are participated in these events.

Fee structure of forensic science course is 45000 per semester. The mode of payement is manual and online both. The university also provides transparency if in case there is fee-breakdown. The fee structure is feasible for this course of MSc forensic science and technology.

I have not opted for any scholarship or education loan. But there are various types of scholarships available for students.

If we talk about gender ratio then there are an equal number of boys and girls. Diversity is seen in the campus as students are coming to study there from various states and countries. Campus life for students is amazing. Well euipped labs, libraries in each department and one central library is there and also many more things.

There is also alumini associated of university. Alumni meet is organized by this associated evrey year through which students get know with each other and thus remain in touch.

As the crime rate is increasing day by day. So, in the future the scope of forensic science will also be on peak and I have a keen interest in forensic science. That is why I choose this course. The infrastructure and all the other facilities of this institution got attracted me. There is no entrance test for MSc Forensic Science. I have taken direct admission.

The faculty of Chandigarh University is well educated and experienced. Faculty are doing their best to give students a quality education and prepare them in all aspects to become professionals in their specific field. Faculty is also trained by various faculty development programs organized by the university.
