college management is very good. properly managed atmosphere.

Course Curriculum Overview

proper notes and lectures are provided to us on a regular basis. we are provided labs for practical works and for proper information about our course and industrial visits are arranged for a better understanding of the industrial works in our course. so basically we have a good environment for learning.

They have many placements options but as I’m in 2 nd semester as I have not availed any internships

College Events

Events are celebrated with enthusiasm. cultural, festivals, technical every event is celebrated. we had Punjab youth festival 2020 in our university where different colleges universities’ students participated. it was set up in large scale. everybody enjoyed alot.

Fee Structure And Facilities

the program fee is 50000/semester and both online and cash is acceptable there are additional fees charges for the examination fees the university provide proper transparency in the fee breakdown as I have a scholarship so my fees are 50% off and it is quite amazing

my brother is working in the university as an assistant professor and due to this, I got a 50% scholarship.

the campus is were huge and it has many food courts and book stores. have the wonderful infrastructure and have students both national and international they walk together without any fear and there is quite a friendly atmosphere here in the university no one feels awkward

seniors are very helpful. they tell us about our course guide us in both studies and in an extra circular activity

Admission

I had an interest in food, diets, etc so I like to learn about food so I have decided to opt this course as I get to know more about the food its compounds its needs its importance etc and as food is very important to live a good and healthy life we should know the proper information about food.

Teachers are well educated. they are very friendly and helpful. they provoked proper lectures in the classroom as well as provides proper notes and information by showing them on the projector and they help alot they solve and clear all the doubts.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course that is bsc in artificial intelligence and data science is quite demanding and I think this is the only field which is growing faster. Another reason for choosing this was I had huge interest in this field. But faculty,their teaching way and syllabus is too way less as compared to course. They focus more on their rather than the practical work but in this field practical work is more important than theory as theory plays no role in this field . They must reduce the number of mid sem exams conducted and focus more on making students better in practical work. After the starting of semester, just after 25 days when syllabus not even completed as the 1st unit.. they shout spreading the news of exams. We just got too busy in exams which make us feel distracted from our real work .

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100.
