Chandigarh University being best for Biotechnology

I really liked the college and campus and will suggest everyone study from here.

The course curriculum consists of 3 units with 1st unit as subject introductory, 2nd unit comprising topic types and diversities, and 3rd unit mainly holds applicational motives. There are 2 mid sems which holds great rank in internal marks followed by External end sems for 60 marks. Assignments, seminars, surprise tests, and attendance marks are even included in internals.

Around 25-30 companies visited the campus for biotechnology courses. Some of them included Spectraforce, IDS, Fare Labs, Sergacious, Dietician Shreya, Cord Life Sciences, etc. Since initial semesters soft skills and top classes are provided to students to prepare them for basic interview skills and how to crack for each job offer.

Technical events include CAB meetings, Tech Fest, Cultural fests include Cu Fest, Concerts and Tashan Nites, Freshers party, Farewell party, National and local festivals like Lohri, Eid, Baisakhi, etc. and Managements events are also held. Moreover, sciences day, Literary day, Earth day, Women's day and other festivities are also held.

The fee structure is feasible and bearable. Moreover, Many scholarships are provided to rank holders and underprivileged students. The fee is charged semester wise with examination fee and fest fee included within the academic one. Transparency is provided in fee breakdown.

I didn't opt for any scholarship or education loan but there is a separate department to solve these crises.

The ratio of boys to girls is almost comparable. Students can have a birthday celebration in rooms provided upon permissions, many workshops by ob-gyn for girls, and separate for boys. There is a large anti-ragging committee to prevent students from any misconduct.

Hostel facilities are good with clean and healthy food, clean and airy rooms spacious enough to hold 4 students, washrooms and toilets, wifi, electricity and water, even hot water in winters, E rickshaw for luggage portability, lifts and various departmental stores.

The Alumni network for this University id really strong with various Reunions and Talk shows with alumni held from time to time.

I watched advertisements and fladhes in news and newspapers and moreover a school friend of mine studied there so I asked him about the college and he gave me a great insight into the courses, teachings, and campus. It was enthralling and I decided to pursue my bachelors from this University

We have 7 lectures of 50 minutes with 1 hr break in between. we have lab lectures during the semester wherein we perform relevant experiments in labs. Each lecture's attendance is marked distinctly. For many subjects, we hold industrial knowledge by actually visiting sites and industries. Many conferences or guest lectures are organized pertaining to specific topics.
