Course Curriculum Overview
Koshys Institute of management studies helped me to achieve good skills such as management skills and helped me to behave in the corporate world and the industrial visits help a lot about corporate companies such as Infosys Wipro and Microsoft. The college is keen on these types of activities.
Placement Experience
The placement is there but not perfect. The college has an active placement cell but does not have good companies and not more than 50% of students get selected.
College Events
Many management fests and cultural fest, inter-college and inter-university fest with games and sports. Active participation in all management fest conducted in all Bangalore areas and usually the winning team. Jamboree is the main event we conducted within 7 days program.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Comparatively fewer fees according to other colleges, and there are no additional fees as they informed early. Am very glad in that case. The management is very helpful to students to get loans for their education and support as much as possible and they have a group of people stop to help.
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarship or any financial help was provided to the students. The college informed that they provide 40% of fees as scholarships for students who get more than 75% marks.
Campus Life
Campus life is good and has many workshops dorm parties conducted. And different students from different countries and students from different states of India are studied in a peaceful atmosphere and no racial cultural and sex religious discrimination happened here.
Hostel Facilities
Good hostel rooms with sharing according to our needs. Both 2 sharing and 4 people sharing rooms are available. And for foreign students, they have a special place to live according to their lifestyle. With cooking, frailties are provided.
Alumni/Alumna
Management is not interested in alumni, should build it up.
Admission
The first step is the entrance exam after that group desiccation the last interview. In exam, they provide 100 questions and one and half hour, need 60+ scores for eligibility only after getting more than 60 marks then gd of 10 students and only 5 are selected. Then interview.
Faculty
30+ postgraduate and Ph.D. with more than 5 years experience. Most of the lectures are having post-graduate degrees and PhDs in relevant subjects. teachers have special training in each semester and they are well trained and have ideas in their lecturing field.
