Wonderful College Days

Overall college was good and with economical fee structure. It is govt college and the hostel is also clean. Here I learned the actual meaning of life. In college life, you can't expect everything to be taught by teachers. You have to do it.

This is one of the autonomous colleges in Bhopal. Since it is govt, exams are mostly delayed and the curriculum is not completely updated. But you will get lots of time to do your research about the subject. Faculties are not too experienced but few of them are really good and well versed.

The placement of this college needs to work on. Only a few companies visit. One of them is tata consultancy services. You can get internships outside. I did an internship at Madhya Pradesh state data center.

Every year, 3-4 events are celebrated, and national and state chief guests are invited. Techno fest, cultural fest, annual fest are some of the events. Even a sports fest is organized. And in every hostel, volleyball and cricket grounds are there. TT tables are there.

Since it is a government college, college fees are very less. Year-wise college fees for general is 42000 and hostel fees are 4000 per year. You can pay using DD or check. This is one of the economical colleges in terms of fees. Also, scholarship for backward caste is available.

No, I didn't opt for that. I belong to the general category and my father's income is above par, so I was not eligible for the scholarship

This was the best phase and time of my life. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Yes, cricket, badminton, volleyball, TT, and most of the games are there. In the hostel, we celebrate Ganesh puja and invite all the nearby colleges and local people. The sex ratio in college is 70:30. No dress was there.

Yes, The hostel is good. Hostel fees were 4000 per year. 2 students live in a room. The room size is quite decent. Mesh is run by the student council and they charge almost 11000 monthly for food. Here you will get TT table, badminton, cricket and volleyball and TV from govt side.

Seniors were really helping in nature. Teachers are also good. I am still in touch with them. We conducted few workshops in the college.

Admission to the college is granted based on a state engineering test. This is one of the State govt colleges in Madhya Pradesh. The state engineering exam starts in Feb month and the result is published in April. The dates are tentative. Madhya Pradesh education department release documents for the exams.

Faculties are not too experienced but few of them are really good and well versed. The most bizarre thing is, most of the subjects you need to learn by urself. And this is the thing that I really liked about this college. This helps to increase your innovative skills and skill to initiate things without having many details.
