Rather than just focusing on academics. They should also focus on the growth of students, and extra curricular activities. Also, it was mandatory 75 attendance which shouldn't be necessary if the student is participants in some other activities outside college.

I was from IT Branch. However, the curriculum only included theoretical knowledge. We didn't do any experiments or learned something out of the books. Even the codes were of a particular set, which didn't help much in imparting knowledge.

Usually when a company is looking for mass recruitment, our college was also a part of it. Small scale companies did came for interview. Internship wasn't important or mandatory in our college. Making a project during the last year or grades played a vital role in placements.

The event which were celebrated in the college: 1. Welcome party. 2. Citronics (Techno event conducted by our college). 3. Annual event (The day college was established). 4. Fest (Music and Food). 5. Alumni Gathering. 5. Farewell.

Feasible. People with scholarship or caste certificate use to get discount over it. The minimum course fee was 75000 for a semester and followed by 25000 for the next semester in a year. Apart from that bus fee based on the requirements get added in the main fee.

The labs are old. Sports activities used to take place once in a year. Some technical workshops were really good. Also, the techno event called Citronics had participants from all over India providing a good competition and learning.

We do get a formal invitation every year for the gathering. However apart from that, no other contact or a portal is available to get in touch with the alumni. People who attend the event, do get to enroll for various other events which are conducted on the same day of the gathering.

An exam called IIT is conducted all over India. Once the main exams is conducted, the ranking are displayed. Based on the ranking of the main exams, colleges are assigned. Later you can also choose the subject you need to get enrolled for.

If they have done MTech they were eligible to teach us. However, some teachers just sticker to memorizing what's in book, and repeating the same while giving the lecture. Some teachers did make an effort to actually help student understand the importance of a particular lecture.
