The college at present with no doubt is the best college to study basic science in Shivamogga. It has very good environment. Situated in the center of the city it's accessible to students from all the sectors of public. It has bus facilities but owns no hostel.

The course focuses on basic topics of the Subject and lays good foundation for the further research. The course runs on a semester form of examination system. The exams are held every six months. The labs held every week. It's very nice experience and good knowledge we get from the labs.

Many companies visit our college for campus selection. Some of them are Wipro, Infosys, Cargil etc. We get good guidance to participate in the campus interviews.We have mo facilities like internship but our college provides scholarship to Ecomianically backward students.

Our college hosts many events thouroughout the year. We celebrate mathematics day, science day and various competition were held on those occasions. We also celebrate women day and ethnic day. Our college conducted seminars on five trillion economy, the budget review and also application of mathematics.

The fee is not very expensive. There's concession for students with good academic performance. The average fee is about 20000 which includes the university fee. The university examination fee has to be separately payed by students.

The college provides scholarship like INSPIRE, MhourD, Vidyasiri and all supports students to avail all of them. Our management also provides scholarship to students who are economically backward. Students from minorities and backward classes also get scholarship.

We have well equipped laps and sports room. Our college students has represented in the national and international level. They have won prizes in the badminton championship held in Nepal. We have participated in the university level volleyball, cricket, handball, kabbaddi and athletic meets. We also got opportunities to participate in various fests and competitions held all over state.

Our college helds discussion session with the alumnis which are very helpful for us. Also alumnis from our have launched a student portal for our college. Also present deputy chief minister is an alumni of our college who adressed our students on 24th jan

I studied my first year of degree in different college. Due to some problem faced there I got admitted to this college in the second year. The admission process here is based on the academic performance in the previous years. I was interested in science and to study basic science in Shivamogga I found this is the best college so I joined here.

They are enthusiastic, experienced and knowledgeable. The way all of them teach us is very convenient and all of us understand well. They are very supportive in curricular and co-curricular activities and they guide us very well.
