College management is so so in one word i want to say.

Entrance Preview

In our time GUJCET is taken by Gujarat higher secondary education board after pass the 12th based on merit we got admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our university is veer narmad south gujarat university it is b+ accredited so it was very tough. We have to refer foreign author books course content is mixed in 1 st year then after its mixed.

Internships Opportunities

No companies came for internship we had to find out some students were taken paid training some lucky students got the real industry experience with reference.

Placement Experience

No companies came at our college we had to find our placements. Bharuch is a gidc area so lots of opportunity for chemical and mechanical enggineer.

College Events

We have three days celebration of cultural events in our even semester in odd semester we have three days technical festival college was provided all the money for this festival.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was feasible we have to pay every semester 15000 rupees it includes all the fees like library fee our college is self financed but its affiliated to aicte.

Campus Life

Our campus life is good because everybody likes freedom we have cricket ground in our college. Hostel parties were really good workshops were arranged sometimes.

Hostel is not so good not so bad but mess is really dumb food was given by mess its really bad.

Alumni/Alumna

Our college seniors were very good they helped us a lot. We take notes and guidance from them so its very useful for us in other terms they were tutor for us.

Exam Structure

Both physical and practical exam were taken by university in every semester ending we had also mid semester exams.

Faculty

Faculties of some subject are really awesome facility is also good library is nice compare to other facilities. Water facility is not good classroom and labs are good our admin staff is superb.

Placement at GEC Gandhinagar are decent but not as strong as the top engineering college in Gujarat while a few repeatable companies visit the frequency and variety could be better many students with good gpas and project work seek your decent job either through the collegial or by actively applying on their own for those who dont get campus placement the college still provide a solid foundation you can pursue higher studies take certification course or enter the IT or core industry thought of campus jobs overall the experience prepares you sufficiently for the next step But its wise to Proactive about your career.

Placement Experience:

Their is an placement faculty in my college, many companies like torrent, birla, tcs etc and many more companies visit our college. Also our college provides internship for students. The average salary pakage is about 3 lakhs which is less and about 65% of students are placed every year. Highest pakage of my college is about 8lacks per annum. About my plan after completing degree is that if college place me for about salary upto 6 lakhs then i will place otherwise i will go for preparation of "GPSC" exam and set the carrier their.

From semester 7th students become eligible for campus placement. there are so many compnies that are visited & offered sudents like L&T, Infosys, TCS, HCL, INTEL. there is 22.6 LPA package is highest package in Mechanical Department and Averege Package is 4.2 LPA. There were 67% students placed in year 2024. My Plan is to go abroad for Masters after getiing my degree.

Placement Experience:

Placement in this college is quite good and it also depends on the grades of the students. Highest package goes to 14 lakhs per annum and the average package goes to 5 to 6 lakhs per annum. As the students enter into their 7th semester the placement process gets started and the students will go into th selected companies in their 8th semester and if the worked well their they can also get PPO which means that they can do their job for permanent time. Percentage of the students last time who got placed in big MNCs company goes to 87 percent and the rest students got their placement in some small company. My plan after my b tech degree is to get higher studies in Mtech by score a good mark in the GATE exam which is going to be held in February month.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semister students become eligible to sit in the placement of the college. The college providess oncampus placements and has various connections and ties with various companies like Google amazon and many other. Last year total of 75% students got placed with average of 11lpa package and highest package was 60 lpa. Also this college helps you get internship opportunities right from 2nd year which is very good.

I applied in the Pandit Deendayal energy university (PDEU) but I got admission in this college in my loved chemical engineering course in 1st round so I after did not got chance in 2 nd attempt in PDEU ,so I took here .
