A hectic schedule is one of the major drawback as we can't spent time for any extracurricular activities. Our campus extends to several hectares and cycle is very important for going to classes. It is a heritage site having a history of more than 100 years.
Course Curriculum Overview
My course has a vast syllabus which covers extreme ends like nanotechnology, biotechnology to agronomy, entomology and pathology. Of course we had a hectic schedule of 7.30am to 5.30pm which made us so tiring. Exams are also another headache which made us scared.
Placement Experience
International internships are provided in our college which is fully funded by the Government. This internship will be started during September of this year. And dual degree programme in University of Dalhousie is also available.
College Events
Many international symposiums have been arranged in our college regarding future of agriculture. Department functions like Agronova, Bioconcurenza, Prabandhas are conducted at state levels. Sangamithra and Muthamizh vizha are organised for encouraging the talents possessed by students.

Fees and Financial Aid
Community-based scholarship, first graduate scholarship are available in our college. Educational loans are also sanctioned for the sake of the students. It is simple process as we have a branch of State Bank of India in our premises
Campus Life
More number of girl students are studying in our college than boys. A very large ground is present in our campus and we are having regular physical education classes and we also have yoga claases as a part of our curriculum.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel rooms are spacious and very organised. We are provided with water doctors, solar heater, electric heater, shoe stands, parking area. We dine in a common mess for all girl students. We will be provided with snacks in the evening.
Alumni/Alumna
Our college has a actively working alumni association. Most of our alumni possess high cader of profession like IAS, IPS, IFS and scientists at renowned institutions. We will regularly have meetings with our alumni.
Admission
My parents gave to full freedom to choose the course that I liked. They didn't interfere in my decision of choosing this college. I was so excited on the day of counselling. The number 9f seats for the particular course and college was meagre in number. But I'm fortunate to get a seat in the college I desired.
Faculty
Only doctorate holders were recruited in our college. Many lecturers have more than 30 years of experience and they make things easier. We will be taught using smart interactive boards which is more interesting.
