Not a good college

Our college is not really good.It doesn't have good teachers not have enough chemicals and equipments in labs to carry out experiments.

There is semester system in my college exams takes place in May and December and results comes after 2 months of exams.There are 3 lectures and 1 lab each day of college but its just time pass our teachers are not good they don't have enough knowledgeable and they just read books and translate english to hindi.

Our college didn't really have any placement related contract with any company we have to find jobs ourselfs and our college didn't prepare us for placement seasons.

There are generally 4-5 futins and events every year 1st fresher's party then athletic meet where outdoor games competition is held then annual function and some seminars like recently on woman's day. These events are not soo big and simple and l loves to participate in every event.

Admission fees is 10000 and then 30000 per semester fees there are total 8 semesters there for total fees of 4 years is 2.5 Lakhs we also give 5000 rs as security which college Promised to give back after completion of course.Our college accepts payment through Cash and cheque.

I am basically from general category therefore there is not any scholarship available for us they just give scholarship to Sc and Minority students.

There are about 44 boys and 6 girls in my 2018 batch and also there is large caste diversity in my batch there are 8 Muslims 20 hindus and about 20 sikhs in our batch but relationship between us is very good no one disrespects others religion and we respects eachother.

Some seniors are good and some of them are really junk. Some of them are really inspiring like one of my senior Deepankur he is topper of his batch

I want to be an professional pharmacist and therefore i applied for B pharmacy at Akal college of pharmacy,Mastuana Sahib I just paid seat reservation fees of 5000rs and i got admission in august 2018 I applied for this college just because it is nearest institute of B pharmacy.

There are about 15 lectureres in the college there average age is 35 and each lecturere had M pharmacy degree and some of them also done Phd. But there teaching skills are not upto mark and they are rude with students and also in labs they don't know how to carry out rection and there is scarcity of chemicals and equipments to carry out various experiments
