Admission review

Negative is girls are not allowed to go out of the hostel gate after 5 pm which I feel should not be there. Positive: if you fall ill even at night they take you to hospital. College provides bus facilities for outing i.e, marketing.

About exam structure It has two mid send conducted by college and two semesters conducted by University in a year. A student needs to qualify in both internal and external exams. There are practicals too which contains of 50 marks. There is 5 mark for attendance too and 75% attendance is mandatory.

Placement and job opportunities are increasing now a days in this college. Many reputed Colleges visit our college for placement. Some students are doing job in Toronto after passing from this college.

Frolic is a event which is sports based.this is conducted in December. There is a 3 day fest named provenance which is celebrated in March every year. Apart from these independence day and republic day is also celebrated. Vishwakarma Puja is also done.

It's not that expensive but not too cheap also It takes almost 1.3 lakh per year including tuition fee and hostel fee. You can choose hostel by you choice. It also takes money for the fest which is 850 per head.

Scholarship is given on the basis of cgpa obtained by students. For 9 cgpa it's 75% on tuition fee and decreases as the cgpa decreases. Scholarship is not valid for the students of tfw category. During admission also scholarship is given on the basis of percentage obtained in 12th and rank in entrance exam.

Sports is conducted every year. In extra curricular activities we are taken to different industries to know about it. We have several competitions held in college. We are taken to the fest of another colleges like NIT.

?30000 per year and ?2300 for mess bill per month. Quality of food is ok it's not that good. Maintenance of hostel and mess is good one cannot question upon that. Mess bill is not always ?2300 it is sometimes less but the maximum is ?2300. It does not exceed this amount.

Alumni meet is conducted in college. seniors visits college and meet students. Seniors are also helpful to the students. I have met a senior he is very nice. He told about his works and how to improve personality for job interview. Overall his words are very helpful to me.

I have got admission in this college by an entrance exam i.e,JCECE After the result of the exam I went for the councelling conducted by JCECE board. There were many colleges but I chose RVS College because this is the best private college in Jharkhand by my knowledge.It offers many courses like computer science and engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, electronics and communication engineering and metallurgy. It also has a master's degree i.e,MCA.

The faculty of this college are good. There teaching techniques are nice and there is no shortage of faculty members. They have a nice attitude towards students. They even complete syllabus on time which is beneficial for students. The professors are very supportive in nature.
