Entrance Preview
Joint entrance exam conducted by national council of hotel management and catering technology during the month of april/may.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum comprise of the four main subject of hotel industry i.e. front office, food and beverage service, food production, house keeping and other subjects like hotel accounting, hotel engineering, etc.
Internships Opportunities
The college had its own training and placement cell, headed by a senior faculty, the cell organised our placement for the internship. they forwarded our resume to different hotels along with the preferences of locations.
Placement Experience
The training and placement cell organised for the placement of each and every student as per the capability of student, rest is the performance of the candidate in the job interview, some companies name oberoi, taj, itc, irctc, itdc and many more, package offered was according to the norms of industry.
College Events
Freshers day, farewell for third years, sports day, volleyball cup, table tennis tournament, food fest, annual day, theme day in the training restaurant.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Being a government institute the fee was quite affordable and reasonable for a professional course the fee had to be submitted twice a year which was around 25000.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are no scholarship available for the general category, but for the reserved category a good portion of amount fee was reimbursed.
Campus Life
Campus life was awesome, as seniors always help us in the college, there were nice and big training restaurants and kitchens available for training, sports meet was organised.
Hostel Facilities
As we have moved to the new building, that time condition was good, if a student wants to live outside the hostel there are pg available near by.
Alumni/Alumna
Most of the seniors and juniors are in touch through social media and the annual alumni meet organised by the alumni group constituted by seniors.
Exam Structure
The exam was comprise of internal and externals, students have to pass the tourism subjects along with the other regular subjects.
Faculty
We had the best seasoned experienced faculty in the college, who taught us the best way they can, helped us to acclimatized with the hotel industry by sharing their experiences.
