Remarks

The college is strict regarding rules and regulations which is somewhat hectic for us however if one wants to research in private institute, it is the best in north.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course structure is very good and college is research oriented. The exams and labs were conducted regularly. The curriculum and rules were followed strictly. Presentations were taken frequently which were somewhat hectic.

Placement Experience

4

I don't know much regarding Internship. But the placements were good. At my time, macleaod, Bayer, akums, accuscript and overseas placement took place. Many students were placed. Placements are good overall.

College Events

2

There are regular national and international conferences taking place in the college. In this poster oresentation and oral presentations are conducted. Students from other University also take part in the competion.

Fee Structure And Facilities

According to the facilities provided, fee structure is feasible. For 2 years, its around 3 - 4 lacs. However there is extra charges for the exam fee and thesis submition fee. In addition to that, there is also expenditure in comferemce registration fees etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

I had qualified GPAT due to which I was provided 12, 400 scholarship per month by government (AICTE). Apart from this I don't know regarding other scolorships provided by the University.

Campus Life

4

Gender ratio is almost equal to 1. They welcome all gender ethinicitt race religion etc. They also have international students. Extracurricular activities include fresher party and cultural night when there is conference in the college.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel accomodation for 2 seater is good. However for 1 seater and 3 seater is very conjusted. There are 2 blocks. A block is spacious, however B block is closed. Rooms have attached washrooms which adds to the plus point. Annually they charge 50000 for hostel including mess charges.

Alumni/Alumna

Contact with seniors was really helpful for me as they guided us regarding the research work. They provided us with the notes, framework of thesis and also helped to frame papers and take examinations.

Admission

I checked the available options. Among them I got to know that this college is research oriented which I liked. I contacted the college. Visited it and took admission. The infrastructure is good. Facilities and instruments are also very good.

Faculty

4.5

There were experienced and PhD faculty who encourage to write review papers. They were very eager to teach the course. Teachers are very helpful. They guide properly regarding the future and encourage students to reach at good place.

Placement Experience:

There are barely any core pharma companies visiting the campus for M pharma placements. Most students especially in pharmaceutics have to fund jobs on their own after graduation. The degree gives you basic academic credibility but you must upskill onyour own to be trueky employeble in core pharma roles

Placement Experience:

Placements is also one of the great feature of NIPER. Companies like Evalueserve, Glaxo Smith Kline, Dr. Reddy's labs, IMS, Biocon, Syngene etc. have recruited the students from NIPER.Package may vary from company to company. But one can expect 3.5L - 5.5 L per annum. Generally 50% of the total students are recruited from campus placement every year. And remaining 50% also settle in good positions afterwards. So, we can say NIPER really have the power to secure the future of students but students should have the ability and determination too.
