My experience

The university is quite a big one in our state and students are dying to be a part of it. So I'm very much glad to be a student of this university. It gives exposure to the students and shapes the carrers of the students.

The course structure is quite balanced they have touched upon bits of every genres nd literatures in english such as french american british german stuff translated into english which is quite insightful. hmmm about exams. we have 6 senesters in whole nd each semester has 2 exams. we have a mid semester of 30 marks. nd end semester of 70 marks. the mid sem marks is added nd it makes it 100 Nd the best part which I liked was. we have a research paper in our final. year of graduation mentored by professors we had a group research in our graduation. so that kinda help us working in a group. considering each others opinions. cheering up each other nd their efforts to make a good research paper in totality. nd we get channelized to a particular zone in research and work in it which is a gud thing instead of hopping here nd there. and days are not that hectic. it was quite balanced days as we work nd also get tine to hangout nd chill with friends.

Yah. my university provides internship but not in my department. we do get oppoertunities of placements from our university. students in our faculty dont get any kind of stipends. and in the level of graduation no placements students get in arts. but in post graduation we do get.

Eveey year we have different events in our university. as kaafila BBA bazaar etc. but in my faculty of arts. we organize a literature festival Every year namely sayaji literature festival. Its been organized since 2015 - 16 Nd became a successful event.

The fees structure is very nominal. it is about 5500 for girls nd 6700 for boys in graduation. in post graduation its 6500 for girls nd I hve no idea about the boys fess in post graduation. this includes the library I card internet fees as well. this excludes transportation. so besides transportation the fees incluses everything. The fees is not at all expensive as I feel. this is affordable for a lower middle class and a poor family as well. i feel that the fees should not be hiked nd should remain this only.

The college also provides schloarship to the students who are financially weak To strengthen nd encourage them for studies. its is avaiked to both the boys nd girks. they have to fill the form nd have to attach specific documents to it. then they get the schloarship worth 2lakhs for th year.

In my class in english the female ration is about fouth of the male students in class. we are accessible to worshops. drama companies nd many of seminars. in my university u can truely find unity in diversity because students come here from country wide. even we have a whole tibetian group nd even have foreign students in our university. religions caste race are different we are united by the study. we also have student politics. and that is not that notorious nd nasty as in we can see in other universities.

Yes, i was a hostellite Nd our rooms were of 4. seating in bachelors. We have 4. girls hostel in the campus nd its nearby the university. the hostels are well furnished with bunk beds. we have common bathrooms nd washrooms. drinking water and wifi facilities. are also provides nd the fees it 7k per year. including all these amminities. it excludes the mess fees. its totally upto the child taht from where she/he prefers to eat. because some ate in mess some had subscribed tiffins from outside the hostel. even we have gym nd vending machines in hostel. the warden is gud nd always helpful. we also organize annual day in which we have midelling event for girls nd other cultural activities. the envieggonment is quite gud in hostel.

My seniors are quite helpful nd supportive. we have interactions with them nd they are quite helpful. they give us notes nd kind of make us prepared about the challenges we are gkung to face in the college. nd we can get a overview of anything from them.

In graduation. It was just merit based. they had a clear bifurcation. ps students who secured more than 90% were called for spot admission nd the next day students who scored between 80 - 90% nd so on. but now in post graduation we had a entrance xm followed by an interview. nd in this we had only 40 seats in our english department.

The faculty is tremendously amazing. All the teachers in the department are quite active nd full of energy. their presence itself made us enthusiastic nd energetic. they are always there for the students and help them in a personal level as well. So quite a warm thing. veey motivating nd inspiring. All the professors are well qualified and take very much interest in making the students better nd better.
