Remarks

The college management never disappoints us but the industrial experiment we wanted and the future required knowledge we didn't get.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I was studying M.Sc.(C.S) in the college which was we can say a totally research-oriented course. The subjects I learned in the course did not help me that much to get a job in outside industries. The industrial visit was cancelled when it was the turn of our batch.

Placement Experience

2.5

The campus was not organized during our batch. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro have visited the college before. There was no campus during our batch so I don't the procedure of selection on the campus.

College Events

3

There are so many events organized and celebrate in college. Some of them are annual function. Foundation day of MGM, Sports days, traditional days. The farewell day is organized for every last year student. Freshers also organize for the student how have taken admission newly. The students how are interested in showing talent the college also organize so many events in college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The course fees were 20000Rs. There was an option in a payment like one-time payment or you were allowed to pay in instalments. There was a scholarship also available for backward class students. There were no extra charges in the college fees. Fees were the same for all students.

Fees and Financial Aid

There was a scholarship for the backward class student. The SC and ST caste student was getting scholarships. The procedure was to fill the form and attach the required document as per the government rules.

Campus Life

4.5

The gender ratio was the same. I never feel that the count of boys or girls is more. Every student was having a different mindset, religion and financial status. But there was no type of special treatment given to the specific student. There was all student was the same for the college.

Alumni/Alumna

We had less contact with the serious but they were helpful. We had good guidance from them. We always had a smile when having a talk with them.

Admission

I got admission through CET which was held by BAMU university. And my first preference was for this college and I got selected in the first round. I took admission on a given date by visiting college and shown my marks which I got in CET and took admission form and by filling it and attached necessary documents I got the admission. The environment and the level of teaching inspired to take admission in this college and computer science is always I wanted to take admission

Faculty

4.5

There were 4 lecturers during each semester around the age range was 35 to 50. All staff have completed masters and P.hd degrees. All were experts in their subjects. As per my knowledge, I don't know anyone who had industry experience. Might it was not discussed with us.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the GIPE are decent. This year the highest package offered was 18 lakhs per annum by Deloitte and IDFC FIRST Bank. Although the placements are not 100% but it's around 60%. Students need to work hard and score well in aptitude test and they should start the preparation from the second semester onwards so that they can easily manage their end semester exams as well as the aptitude test. The average placement package is around 8-9 lakhs. My plan is to get a corporate job and gain some experience and exposure in the corporate world and learn how the things actually work. Many companies that come to the college are looking for data analytics role. The ratio of the companies looking for consultant, risk analyst is less based on market demand and other circumstances.

From the third year of bachelor's degree and last year of post graduation placementors are comes to offer you jobs as per your qualification. One of my college student got placed in google with 43 LPA package , many more companies like lupin, cipla , vedanta , wipro etc. Are the most likely placements students love. 90 percent of students got the jobs from placents , and remaining students prevfers civil services and government exams to make career in. If anyone not got placed then college look forward to deal with local companies if students agreed with it they gets placed . After my degree if company gives me the best package I am looking for I would join the company.

Placement Experience:

By the end of sem3 itself, the postgraduates are deployed into interviews for certain internships. But if you are with good academic scores and knowledge you can even get directly placed. Every individual is given 3 chances by the college to get and crack the interview but if the student is not able to then he is guided to where to apply but mostly ICRI makes sure everyone is placed as the college proudly stays with its 100% placement tag line. As I told here there are varied background people here with different needs of roles, the highest package I have seen getting is 15L pa to the lowest of 3L pa which even depends upon the company to your broad spectrum of knowledge. To specify which companies come here for recruitment are sun pharma, Cipla, and many more there are all 20+ companies that come and hire the intellectuals. To specify about me I am planning to get a CRC post as a start for CRA in the future.
