Course Curriculum Overview

5

Firstly, The approach of studies in ASBM is Case-based. Studying theoretical subjects may make a mind bound to a small circle of knowledge. Providing real-world case studies for analysis creates a great long-lasting impact on the student's mind and opens up different aspects of the mind. Secondly, Presentations are given by students (and mind you, it doesn't make the students run on fumes!) regularly. It increases their verbal as well as non-verbal communication.

Placement Experience

4

Our proud recruiters include Aditya Birla Capital, Decathlon, Kotak Life Insurance, GATI-KWE, Spanda Sporty, ICICI Bank, Delhivery, Max Life Insurance, BFIL, Deloitte, Exide Life Insurance, CeaseFire, Future Generali, in2it, Karvy, etc. First, a student has to register her/his name with the placement cell as soon as the notice is out in WhatsApp or mail. This notice contains all the details regarding the recruitment procedure.

College Events

5

There are various events hosted at my college. Cultural Events include our Annual Fest "Ignite" and achievement day "Moorchana". Technical and Management events include Management Conferences in each domain, 1 International Management Conference and other special occasions of grace. Ordinarily, the footfall is around 800 despite being located in such an isolated place. Various events are hosted for participation, both business and co-curricular. Ranging from Corporate Chanakya to Rangoli.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee Structure for my batch was Rs. 800000, paid in 4 instalments. College accepts DD, Cheques, Net Banking, etc. No additional fees are levied to secure an admission. Yes, the college is very transparent regarding the fee breakdown. One can easily access it through the college website.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, the college offers scholarship opportunities to the students. I couldn't take the scholarship because of my academics history. It is offered on the basis of merit, the criteria of which is 70% in all education backgrounds I think.

Campus Life

4

Campus life is really good out there. Apart from knowledge, we gain many friends and experiences for life! The gender ratio is balanced. People across India come and study here, so one gets to know many cultures. There is a computer lab, psychometric test lab, volleyball court, badminton court, common room (has TT, Chess, Ludo, Carrom, A TV for watching shows, etc), Gym, Medical Clinic (24x7 assistance from Ambulance), A Library, etc. One can be assured that an individual will grow in all aspects.

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel rooms are large and support double as well as single occupancy. Best hostel facilities include individual internet access, assistance for laundry, daily cleaning by staff, 24x7 support from the Warden, etc. The hostel is compulsory for all PG students.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is strong. They visit the campus during alumni meet and other days as well due to the strong bond they have created with the ASBM Family. They are really helpful. They have created groups across social media where we freshers can connect with them and we keep sharing information from time to time.

Admission

I heard about this college from my family relatives. I followed up with a visit to the campus. They did a short induction of the college campus along with the facilities offered. A student has to apply for the GDPI process before March of every year. The admission process is very convenient and personalized attention and help is offered by the staff.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty, as I said earlier, is very very knowledgeable. They themselves have prior corporate experience, which additionally helps a student seeking industrial knowledge. They are experienced in teaching as well, all the faculties have almost 5-10 years of teaching experience or more. There are around 25-30 lecturers in the PGDM Program.
