Course Curriculum Overview

The MBA course was a two-year course of 4 semesters, 2 semesters per each year. In the first and second semesters, we studied general core management course and in the third and fourth semesters, we chose our specialized areas. Exams were held on each semester.

Placement Experience

The placement rate of our college was average. A number of companies like Apollo, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Bajaj, etc. visited our college for campus placement. The placement cell works hard to place a number of students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college provides merit-based scholarships for the students who have score outstanding marks in the graduation or entrance exam, not really sure about this but if the students are eligible for the scholarships, the admission cell takes care of it all during the admission process.

Hostel Facilities

The college provides separate hostels for boys and girls. The infrastructure of our hostel was very good and the rooms were well-furnished and spacious. The total fee for our hostel was around Rs.60,000.

Admission

I got admission to this college by taking the CMAT entrance exam and then I fill out the application form online mentioning my CMAT scored and my graduation score, etc. Then, I attended group counseling followed a personal interview.

Faculty

The faculty members of our college were one of the best faculties that I have ever encountered. They were all highly educated and they were alumni of the best-reputed universities. They were very supportive of us.

This year placements has significantly reduced our seniors had good placements average package is 6,00,000. Companies that come are Deloitte, EY, Federal then other companies that are not much known.

Is XIME kochi worth joining to pursue PGDM?

Placement Experience:

Good Placement actually depends upon the students only. The crowd inside the college should be highly capable and enthusiastic for learning. The problem at XIME is not the placement but the crowd and quality of students. The college have proper placements process. Centralized placements across the three campuses are followed. Although students need to pass certain criteria to sit in the placements such as maintaining a particular GPA.

Great College with Best ROI

Placement Experience:

From the 5th Semester onwards, i.e. in November the placement process starts. The eligibility criteria for placements is to get at least 4.8 CGPA out of 8 CGPA. Approximately 60 or more companies have visited our campus until now and more than 85% of people have been placed. (As of 3rd February 2022) The highest package until now is around 14 Lakh per annum and the average package per company is around 8 Lakh per annum. (As of 3rd February, 2022) We have a target of 100% placements until April 2022. I have already been placed, so, my plan is to do well in the job I got into, and I'm very happy about it.

Elijah Institute of Management Studies offers a regular Master of Business Administration (MBA), Affiliated to University of Calicut and approved by the AICTE. Duration: 2 years Basic eligibility: Under-graduate from any course from a regular affiliated college or under distance college in Kerala with a minimum of 50 per cent marks. Application form along with necessary documents (Degree, migration certificate, passport size photograph, birth certificate, transfer certificate, caste certificate, CAT/CMAT/KMAT score card) should be filled online or directly through campus and submitted. Admissions will be based on scored obtained in one of the following: CAT;CMAT;KMAT. Shortlisted students will be called for GD and personal interview and final list will be made.
