Course Curriculum Overview
Our course structure is prescribed by the SPPU university and it was good. It was informative and customized as per the need of rapidly growing and robust Indian market place. Class notes are sufficient enough to get through the exam, otherwise, we also procured notes from our seniors.
College Events
All the major festivals and annual events are celebrated here. VIIT has various sports clubs like movie club, NSS club to organize numerous activities. Sports week is organized annually and was very helpful in getting a break from the exhaustive work routine of our course. It was a good socializing opportunity for everyone. Placement cell invites guest faculties to deliver lectures.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I paid around 109,000 INR on an annual basis. On a personal note, the fee was on a higher side, but the facilities and amenities provided were mostly good. The classrooms and canteen of the college are average. The library of the college is good. The college has 3 floors, good labs, own tier buses. So all in all, the fee structure is convenient enough.
Alumni/Alumna
Many alumni visit our campus for multiple reasons throughout the year. Some visit to judge in an event/competition, while some share their personal journey to motivate students. One prominent agenda of alumni meet was to promote start-up culture in India.
Admission
My admission was done on the basis of my entrance exam score in MAH-CET and my academic performance. My entrance percentile was 88 %ile, that's why I got admission pretty easily in the MBA program. I attended common counseling for seat allocation. Students have to register for counseling and for the college.
Faculty
Both regular faculty and guest faculty were very talented. Regular faculty was very keen on resolving our queries and guiding in this right direction, especially on the basis of our skills. They all were friendly in nature, except a few. Guest faculties delivered lectures on some recent issues like new Tax law or changing market strategies in the digital age.
