Course Curriculum Overview

Our curriculum was prescribed by the Pondicherry University. They gave us the course material at the beginning of the course and we were introduced with the faculty members and a detailed schedule of the class sessions was shared with the students.

College Events

Numerous events like annual day, sports day, numerous awareness programs like AIDS awareness program and many management symposiums are organized for the benefits of the students and society. Despite being a part of the distance program, we participated in these events at our convenience.

Fee Structure And Facilities

In total, I paid INR 24,000 for the entire course. It is one of the most feasible programs, especially in terms of distance programs. They offered pretty great facilities at such a nominal prices, especially the management assistance was truly impeccable.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

I availed a Government of India Scholarship since I belong to a minority group. There are many other department-specific scholarships offered by Pondicherry University and the college itself. One such scholarship would be a merit-cum-means scholarship.

Admission

My admission was on a merit basis. College prepares a merit list on the basis of past academic record, specifically the graduation marks. Shortlisted students are invited for the counseling process, which more or less includes the document verification process.

Faculty

Our esteemed faculty was highly qualified and supportive of us. They were very accessible and would answer our calls anytime. I pursued the International Business specialization program and our faculty had a lot of knowledge about international business and cross-border trade.

Placement Experience:

In international business specialy, not good in placement because of large crowd and less effort of placement cell, last year highest placement of 15 lakh , but maximum 7-8 people get placed , hope they improve this

Placement Experience:

Before the end of third semester the placement cell becomes active and companies start visiting the campus Companies mostly Banking and Sales come for recruitment Last year highest placement was of 13-15L PA After COVID placement has dropped to 40-50% One can go for UGC nET exam before finishing their degree for job and career security.

Admission:

The admission process is pretty straightforward. I applied directly to the college by filling out all the relevant academic details and waited for the merit list. My graduation marks were not that good, so I have to wait for the second merit list.
