Remarks

College is good in terms of academics and has a very decent fee structure.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The practical work which they provide in the labs is really great. All the handling of equipment and materials is given to the students themselves. They provide us with industrial visits even. They focus not only on theoretical knowledge but on practical expertise even.

Placement Experience

3

Placements are okay. Our Training and Placement Officer works hard in applying efforts to place each and every student. Though not many companies are coming here because of the fewer number of students enrolled in our batch. We have to try our efforts to walk in interviews even.

College Events

2

They have an annual function called Ace Ayaam. We annually celebrate Athletic Meet even. We had a Youth fest conducted in our college the latter year. Certain competitions like debates, extempores, group discussions, rangoli competition, etc are also held from time to time.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's quite feasible. They don’t charge much like other engineering colleges and that’s the best part about this college. The facilities are also decent according to the fees. We can’t expect too much with this fee structure. The study is fine and that's important.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got a scholarship in the first year for my good grades in my boards. After that, they provide no scholarship. Moreover, I applied for no loans even.

Campus Life

2.5

Obviously males are more than females in the college. It's an engineering college, mailed dominate the mechanical branch. Some students come from rural areas of Haryana and Bihar and their mindset is low. What can be done? The mentality of students is quite low. Some are good even.

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel is okay. Not that good in infrastructure though. Food is okay not great. The dinner is awful. The geysers also don't work sometimes. And what I hated the most was that many insects come inside your room, you have to manage. But all this gets recertified if we complain and it depends.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are okay. Some are really good, some are just awful. It happens in every college. Moreover, we have to concentrate on ourselves.

Admission

They provide good Biotechnology Engineering education, along with a decent environment that’s why i went for this college. Their tagline is “Treat Education as a passion and not a business” The campus has lush green surroundings. The faculty and management is even good

Faculty

3.5

The faculty is really decent. The course is well defined and they teach us well. Obviously, in every college there are some teachers who don’t teach well and some who teach too well, the same goes for this college too. Most of the faculty members have completed their PhDs.

Special aspects is it has coding and it is related to technology. It prepares us very good for industries and further academic pursuits. Suggested area of improvement is in c++ coding class they teach us only theory not coding. Exams happens in every 2 months.

Placements rate is obviously not 100% but we do get companies and out of 150 students only 110 actually sit in the placement cycle and out of these about 70 students do get placed in good companies. The companies that visit consist of mondelez, Adani wilmar, zomato hyper pure, haldiram, loykaa, jubilent, baker's dozen, Lt foods, etc. The highest package goes up to 15 lakhs and average package is around 6-7 lakhs per annum.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are done in the final year. In the 7th semester, students have to go for a semester-long industrial training. Some students are offered pre-placement offers, and some sit for the placement process. The highest packages have gone upto 8 LPA-10 LPA, in quality/supply chain/management related roles. More than 10-15 companies visit, and almost all of the students get placed. I personally would like to go for higher studies.
