Yes, I am happy to be a part of MET BKC. Not negative remark about your Institute becoz all over it's good in infrastructure and teaching and also in extra curriculum activities. We have many events in our Institute that other institute does not have.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is good & well set. Pretty focus on practical learning, but would be a perfect match if practical learning is increased. No major research initiatives yet.No the labs don't make us feel tired neither the exams do. The exams aren't that frequent. The labs are quite frequent but don't bother us. The exams are chill cultured but not in disciplined.
Placement Experience
Placement in the college is average or sometimes good. 60-70% students gets placed annually. Major recruiters are Mahindra & Mahindra, Infosys, Persistent, etc.No the college don't provide internship. But they do provide industrial visits. Moreover they concentrates over the same. Even we guys raised a consent about internships.
College Events
Two events are there. One is MET Tech, and other is MET Utsav on the campus. The college also conducts lots of extracurricular activities.All the events, fest, surroundings, campus crowd, etc. are excellent.
Fee Structure And Facilities
he fees are quite affordable but not too low. We need to pay around 80K annually. The college provides better facilities as the fees are concerned.Fee here is pretty much. But As compared to facilities provided by colleges fees is quite obvious, but it is not affordable for everyone.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, we have scholarship for students who score more than 85% in SSC and HSC exams. I have also got an scholarship from government for scoring good marks in SSC. And my whole tution fee is paid by the government itself.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, the quality of hostel is awesome, college hostel has provided all facilities like Wi-Fi, playground, indoor games, water coolers, and library for studies, TV for entertainment purpose and many other facilities
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, we do have alumni meet every year. Every year we get together and give an party or enjoy together for meeting each other and enjoy a lot. Yes all the alumni are helpful they guide us for ur upcoming future as well as other curriculum activities.
Admission
For admission in diploma in Maharashtra you need to fill CAP round form on Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra after your 10th result. Then you need to verify all your documents at Admission Reporting Centre (ARC) in the allowed time schedule. Then you get merit number on which your further admission process proceeded. After the merit number, you need to feel CAP option form in which you have to give list of your desired colleges and branches. On the scheduled date, DTE will publish the allotment in which you may be allotted to one of the colleges in your list. You can freeze te allotted college to get admission or float to go for next CAP round. There are 3 CAP rounds generally. One additional CAP round may be taken by DTE. On freezing option you need to report in ARC and after that to respective college to take admission. Hope this will help you. You can ask if you have any queries in comment section.
Faculty
The faculty members are quite good and very knowledgeable. They have higher education faculty. For every subject, there are different faculty members. The way of teaching is quite good. They are teaching in simple languages so that every student can understand.
