Karthika Chandran's Review On Jubilee Mission Medical College And Research Institute - [JMMCRI], Thrissur

I took the kerala medical entrance examination(keams)and got 3058 rank. I got admission in this college in management quota. I select this college because it is one of the medical colleges in kerala.

I proud to be a student of jubilee mission medical college because it has a lot of good professors and other extra curricular activities. Even though it is a medical college it helps to participate in other fields of knowledge.

Since it is medical college there is no need to mention job opportunities and placement. Although MBBS is a good course and have good scope. The college is well known for placements.

We celebrate a lot of events in our school every year. We celebrate film festival named "SHOLAY". We conduct foot ball league named JSL(Jubilee super league).Also we conduct sports and arts festival. Every students participate in it and enjoy.

My fees is 4 lakhs per year because i got my seat from management quota(partially merit). That is 20 lakhs for my entire course and 5000 extra for hotel and mess expenses.

The College does not provide any scholarships or loan facilities,although i get loans and scholarships from government like (mcm scholarship). I got ten lakhs from nationalized banks as loans and the intrest would be paid by the government for five years.i got 30000 rs as scholarship from government.

I got the campus life which i expect. My college helps us to get knowledge in all fields through many extra curricular activities. Also there is a group named ASHRAYA which helps the pupils in effectively participating in charity process. Our college which is also a famous hospital provides free dialysis during all fridays.

Every year we have three internal examinations and one external examinations. Totally we have 15 internal examinations and 5 external examinations(main exams).
