If you want quality study and a degree than it is good for you. other wise if you are hoping for good placements than i would say to think about other options. campus infrastructure has improved alot and very good. close to the city sidr with transportation facility.

Theory was more rather than practical studies. weekly visit to labs were alloted. Two projects were required to make through 8 semesters with required thesis and presentation. exams are held according to csvtu university that too semester wise in every 6 months.

Not much companies came for placements. and the one which came were only for cs and it branches. I would say lcit is not at all good for placement and job opportunities. that was my experiance from my point of view. so if you are a cs and it student it is good oppertunity foryou (lcit)

There are various competitions such as dancing,singing,drawing, annual games,annual functions,university level games if you want to perform. first college level competitions are held and winners are qualified for university level contest.

Fee structure is according to csvtu university norms and special discount and offere time to time on different branches. During my time it was 10 k discount on etnt students. Liberary is provided which is included in fees only precaution money is taken that also is refunded when you pass out and return all college books.

All the government scholarships for caste obc st and ac are available. Hostel facility is there in lcit. hostel present incide the college campus which is good and safe for college students. Infrastructure is good with basketball,vollyball and cricketg ground present.

No ragging in the campus which is best thing of this college. senors are very helpful. Various programs and compitions including annual sporta and function which makes thebond between junior and senior students more familier.

At that time of my admission lcit had beat teaching staff in bilaspur region so i joined lcit college for eee engineering course and admission is through cg pet enterance exam. I choose eee branch because this was new and only branch in my region. other colleges didnt had this branch in engineering.

Good experienced faculty was present when i was studying but now when i got pass out in2018 most of the experienced teachers were transfered to some other colleges. So if you want to take admission now pls have a check on present faculty.
