Remarks

Thakur School Of Architecture And Planning Is the One having the best Infrastructure and best facilities. Even Great Faculties And Learning

Course Curriculum Overview

5

So the curriculum was based on Practicals and Assignments..which helps us to gain knowledge about a subject and develop our skills. There are Visits Organized by College for better learning of students and marks are counted on each submission for all subjects and written paper of three subjects.

Placement Experience

3

No college recruitment, Students have to look out for internships on their own but yes if you have scored more than there are chances that companies would select you. This college takes initiative to prepare students for further placements

College Events

5

The main Fest of TSAP is 'EPOCH' the most exciting days..and then for stress buster, there are many celebrations celebrated once a week..and TSAP is also a part of NASA(National Association Of Students Of Architecture) which is a fascinating feature of this college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's not that expensive as architecture is the field where there are expenses. There Is a Student council fee which is returned back after the year is completed and all the expenses of the fest, Some trips, tours, all are covered in our total fee. At admission After ARC checking.

Fees and Financial Aid

Since I'm in First-year currently So There no clear idea about any education loan or scholarship but yes as we know our seniors there are some who got scholarships.

Campus Life

5

There's no gender discrimination in our college. We have to fill the anti-bullying casement by the government by the college. And there is no caste discrimination among the faculties, staff and also among the seniors. All Are treated As one In Thakur School of Architecture And Planning.

Alumni/Alumna

I got a chance to meet my seniors in our convocation program so it was comfortable talking with them and gained information from them. And also my current seniors.. are also very helpful.

Admission

First, we have to fill the form that is FC and then After the seat is allotted to us by the online procedure we go to the ArC center for freezing our seat (if we want to). And after Freezing we have to report to the respective college, for me it was TSAP and then they give us the form of confirmation..and then the admission is finalized.

Faculty

5

There are 2 lectures each day Monday to Friday. There are qualified Faculties which are the best source to gain knowledge. They provide many new ideas that encourage us to explore our minds. And there are some lectures which are based on on-site visits.so that the students get to experience architecture.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of exam is twice a semester and good enough. Guest lectures are good and helpful for the future preparation. There must be a change in teaching styles of the faculty and more site based experiments through the course for better understanding than only in class studies , the beauty of historical buldings made me wonder about this course

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the architectural course because I love designing buildings. The teachers were good, and there weren't too many students in each class. They knew a lot about architecture and taught us in different ways, like drawing and going to see real buildings. The exams were fair and not too hard, but you had to study. Overall, I liked the course and learned a lot about architecture.

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement for architecture students. After completion of the degree, one can apply for jobs or opt for masters. Architects get an average starting salary of 20-25 thousand. The course is pretty expensive including college fees and printing prices. One can also open a private firm and earn enough money. There are very few open students getting placed. My plans after getting a degree are to apply for masters. For a teaching job, one must complete masters.
