Course Curriculum Overview

Yes, the course provides a wide range of topics not making the curriculum boring and monotonous. The exam structure is kept keeping in mind the jury dates as well. And we also have midterm and sem end internal tests. Yes, the curriculum also reps the student to be industry-ready providing hands-on workshops.

Placement Experience

Yes, the current 4th year also has a great experience of working on famous and big firms like - Godrej, Footprints Earth, Hafeez contractor and many more. The first batch which passed out also had a wide variety of placements.

College Events

The college organizes its own events also during festivities. Also, the teachers and the students don't hold back from conducting social awareness activities. It provides students with many inter-college competitions as well as in house events and seminars. Both in sports as well as academics

Fee Structure And Facilities

No there are no additional charges to be paid along with the fee structure. We pay a particular amount to the student council and the site visits, as well as any visit to a construction site all around the year, get covered in that particular amount. The mode of payment is through D, CHEQUE.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I did not opt for any scholarship or educational loan. But yes the college offers particular scholarships.

Campus Life

The campus life is quite relaxed not making it a stressful one. Students have green lawn spaces to discuss ideas and relax during the exams as well. The gender ratio is quite equal. And there is absolutely no ragging on campus with a committee made for anti-ragging to be taken care of.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors were quite helpful even during the academic courses. Also, many seniors have started taking software online courses as well which helps us to learn software even more efficiently

Admission

I opted for this course since it doesn't have only drawing but some amazing real-life skills to be learned. The technical data will get you through places. The institution offers everything that a B.Arch student might need. The knowledge of comfort and freedom to explore. I appeared for the NATA exam and scored 114 whereas I scored 76% in my 12th grade which got me quite a good final score and then through DTE I was placed at the list in TSAP

The faculties are extremely helpful being available all the time even in the college hours and also online after college hours. They give us a sense of sanity by making us understand all the tiny details and even showing live examples in many cases. Yes there are many expert based seminars also conducted

Likes

The seminars conducted by the college are very insightful
Facilities are all very helpful and supporting. They make me feel like maybe it's not that bad being away from home
The amphitheater of our college is a very cozy addition. It's a place that brings all of us together

Dislikes

College being at the very end of the campus, it requires us to walk a huge span everyday. It's especially tiresome for people who do a daily commute.
No canteen or any stationary shops nearby to come in help during needful times
No leaves on government holidays and compulsory attendance on days most of us can't make it

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements during their 9th semester i.e 4th year of our 5year degree. Hafeez contractor, sanjay puri architects, CP kukreja architects, etc are the companies visited 75% of students are placed every year is what I've heard from my seniors tho I'm still not sure since being in ny first year I've not reached there yet My plan after getting the degree is to join a firm and after getting ample experience i plan to establish my own firmm. Hopefully i achieve that. I do have faith????

Likes

Infrastructure of college is very good .
Teaching quality is good in all subjects
Faculties are very supportive and co operative

Dislikes

To much security in college campus.
75% attendance is compulsory and national holidays are not considered
Campus is so big to walk around without bike

Course Curriculum Overview:

Teaching for architecture is for 5 years divided into 10 semester. There is very deep knowledge given in this 5 year Technical and hands on experience is given to students so that they will be good future architect. I think that we should shift more to softwares rather than sheets. Exams are after every 5 months so thats easy to prepare and learn.

This college is not having any campus surrounding
The only canteen in this college having overpriced dishes

Remarks:

College is an institution for learning and yes it does pretty well in those terms. Faculties can get a little edgey if you are not on their good books. Submissions are expected on time irrespective if there is quality work or not.you get marked pretty well if you stay interactive and regular to college. You can manage to get around 60% marks by just attanding lectures and trying to get the submission on time. If you put your self in the submission getting an 80% wont be difficult.

Remarks:

The college infrastructure faculty and the studies are quite appreciable all that depends in on the student how they take it if somebody choosing a good pocket friendly college then I would Definetly suggest this college as now in pune.
