Remarks
The positive points are regular class and developed laboratory.the students of science stream are highly benefitted with the laboratory facilit. Negative point is politics. It probably one of the wort prob of w.b colleges
Course Curriculum Overview
I took admission for English course.the teachers were excellent and they taught us with love.Unlike the other colleges in our area,our calsses were regular and attendance of students was also remarkable.
Placement Experience
As there is no technical stream in this college, no companies come here for campusing. But most of the students are well established.they are serving in the various profession.many of them are well established in business
College Events
The annual function of our College was a much awaited evet for us.we still go to our college function. And saraswati pujo was also a enjoyable event. There is also N.C.C department in our cillege,they observe independence day with Honou.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it is a Govt. College the required fee is minimum.expenses are provided by Govt.we only paid some thousand rupee every year when we took admission.but it was minimum.I can not exactly remember the amount.
Fees and Financial Aid
Students can apply for WestBengal govt scholarship. There are many scholarship scheme for brilliant and distressed students.the application process and all details were provided by the College staff
Campus Life
Our college was active in various field.there is big playground in front of the college. We played cricket in college fied.The N. C.C department is very recognised. Besides a student can play carrom in the Common room of the college.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors were very helpful also.they helpd us with notes and cleared our doubts sometimes. They also helped us with books.but this helpful seniors were very less in number.most of the seniors were not in touch with juniors
Admission
This is one of the best Colleges in this area. First I applied online for admission. When the merit list was out,I was selected. My name was in second list as my marks in H.S was not so good.then students were asked for documents verification and was given a date for that. After documents verification class started after 15 days
Faculty
The faculty were excellen. The HOD was too good to express.His way of teaching was spell bounding.we were provided enough study material.in our off periods they used to called us in library and discusse over our problems
