College Review

Administration is very bad. They don't inform most of the important decisions until last minute. They sometimes also change their decision. Director only thinks about himself and lies too much. I just want to get my degree and leave the college fast.

The course structure very good. It follow IIIT curriculum with industry focused courses. We learn leading skills and the best resources. There are lot of student based clubs and they help us to learn a lot of new and advanced skills.

Good placement this time. College just provide most average opportunities and very few best ones. They provide internship also. The placement office created a lot of problems. It doesn't inform different communication to the students. Students have to go and ask them everything. But, students are talented and skilled. They get good jobs from off campus and get good stipend. That's how placement look good.

Many events is there. Technical and cultural combined fest is there. This is the biggest event in the college. Participation is from the local nearby colleges but only when we send our bus to pick them otherwise no one comes.

Expensive. It take as much as IIIT Hyderabad. But, no facilities are as good IIIT Hyderabad. 12 lacs for 4 years is very expensive. You will also think it is too much if you have to get admission to your children.

They only offer loan. But, my father already have that much money so I donno about this one. You can go to college website and see it. No scholarship to btech students but only to PhD students even when most of them are stupid.

Sports is fine. One computer lab and that too is average. One library is there and that is so poor in books. I mostly use ebooks and other online resources. Most telugu people. Some north indians. Too much diversity here. Some are poor students, some are rich. Most are average. Few gays but most straight. Not much politics here.

Alumni network not that much established. Senior students ok. They can help if juniors ask for help. Some of them are really helpful and guide in good direction. Many of them are very skilled and have very good internship and placements.

Faculty is bad. They have PhD from best institutions but it seem they were the worst in those best colleges. They don't know teaching courses. Many of them stupid and don't know what they keep teaching. Most of them just know theory and no coding. All the new faculty have to teach new unrelated courses to their specialty. That's why they are not able teach it properly. Overall, many students can teach better than the faculty.
