Remarks

If you are lucky and good enough you may bag a good placement from the Noida campus. Infrastructure, tecahers, environment is all chaotic and won't teach you anything. You have to keep increasing your skills in your your free time( good luck if you could get any) unless you want to get a 3L job at some unknown IT company.

Course Curriculum Overview

1.5

The course structure is terrible as it is in other AKTU colleges. There is only rote learning involved and some subjects don't even make sense to the course we are involved in. There is almost negligible interest in extracurricular activities or workshops. One thing we like to joke about is that this feels more "school" like than our previous schools. St1 St2 and put are held every sem and internal marks are sent according to them. University exams are held at another center(another aktu college).

Placement Experience

2.5

College doesn't provide any internship, so, you can forget all about it. You have to do try to get internship yourself and most of the time (in case of compulsory internship/trainings certificate requirement from AKTU), students tend to turn in just any random training certificate which the college will obviously accept. The only thing good about this college is its OK placement. Students go to the Noida campus for placement from here(Mathura). However, as much as I have heard there is a lot of partiality there. Current batch has the highest placement of 6. 8L and avg placement of about 3-3. 5L. PS: I have done some Ambassador programs and internships and training offcampus.

College Events

0.5

Technical society was organised with student's initiative with help from some faculty members(No help from college). There are also some cultural, management and sports fest but they are rushed and nobody encourages students to take part(no attendance if you participate and study all the time). There is no Annual fest here( last I know was organised in 2015 before I took admission). The departments don't go well with each other and most fests and events are bad due to lack of students( faculty or their department interruption).

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible fee structure. If you don't have money and want a degree just come here and study hard to get your Master's from somewhere else. The tuition fees is 85k and bus fees is 15k and the hostel fees is around 60k. As I told at the start, you get some percentage off in first year from your tuition fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

Direct admission students get up to 100% scholarship on tuition fees for the first year. You can also come through AKTU counselling where you can opt in for fee waiver seat if you have good rank(respective to this college). There are no direct loan offers but you can get a loan letter and apply to the attached obc bank( which I would not recommend due to its high interest up to 11%). You can apply for up gov scholarship if you have income certificate of less than 2L. However you won't probably get the scholarship in first year if you belong to general category.

Campus Life

0.5

Gender ratio is far too less from other Engineering colleges. There are little or no workshops especially for us cse students(the ec, civil and mech. Students do get some visits though). No parties are allowed( backward mentality). The students and seniors are all very helpful and show unity. My seniors helped me realise this is not the the end when I was depressed after coming to this college.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

I am a local so I haven't opted hostel but I can tell all about it. (I have friends there) Only one boy hostel is there is the campus and the girls hostel is about 15kms away in KD Dental college. Bus service is free for Hostelers. As for the rooms in boys hostel- they are small two seaters. The geysers don't work most of the time and sometimes the drinking water also smells. The bathroom and toilets are common type.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is terrible. The college tries to get some Alumni's to come and give us a small talk but it hardly becomes a reality. The seniors are mostly good though. Theya are helpful and try to back you up in every way possible.

Admission

I went in with the direct admission. College was providing 100% discount on tuition fees due to my intermediate marks. You could also get in through AKTU counselling after giving the entrance exam. I chose this course because it has the best placement in here(only thing good about this college). However college also has B. Arch.

Faculty

2

Most of the faculties are terrible and provide half assessed knowledge. Some don't even know what they are talking about. However, few faculty members do know their subjects and also focus on teaching the students. The teachers aren't interested in any workshops or skill training for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose B.Tech CSE course as I am interested in Computer and Coding. Don't go behind the trend. Choose the course according to your interest. Every course and specialization is difficult in its own. Personally I suggest if you took addmission and you are in 1st semester, please focus on your studies. Don't kept roaming and bunking classes as 75% attendance is also necessary.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is Totally academic level which is easy to moderate There are only one or two coding subjects which is done in form of workshops The overall syllabus is good but old and is related to aktu syllabus which needs a change and won't help in technical field a lot Curriculum is still moderate and easy to clear but still some students are back and detained due to less attendance Which is the biggest issue in this college that is 85% u can only take 6-7 holidays in a semester which is so less and two three holiday will let u detained in sessionals which will overall decrease the internal marks in your overall cgpa of college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The subjects like ITC, COI influenced me as why they are in the curriculum they don't provide any skills for the engineering students. Students also studies these subjects in one day and give exam and they forget these subjects add no importance in the curriculum. There are subjects like acquiring buisness communication which helps us to improve our conversation skills confidence that is helpful in the future while interviews. The improvement in the subjects which is not useful for engineering and to increase more things which helps us in coding make us skill good. The frequency and timings of exams are quite tough there are consecutive classes along sessional exams student always stressed and the attendance is also higher so the student can't also take leave for his own mentality stability and to relax . The difficulty is quite high .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our curriculum gets better from this year as so many changes occur due to college become autonomous Like a better coding platform bought by college for student i.e. CODETANTRA and some subjects of 2nd year introduced in the 1st year like COLD and DSTL , Promoting students to participate in Hackathon by mailing to the students about each and every big or small hackathon . Giving them free attendance for that thing . The frequency of exams are about 20 days .
