Remarks

my college is good if I talk about study, teachers and environment point of view. but it is the wrost in placement, there is no placement at all. if you are willing to have engineers degree in less fees in safe environment you can go for it.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

course was pretty good, college is giving opportunity in six disciplines of engineering to the students, for me it was electrical engineering. A total of 8 semesters are there in the entire course, which is of 4 years. you have to pass all those semester exams. you will also get special exams if you will unable to pass the papers in single attempt.

Placement Experience

0.5

Frankly saying. no placement at all. if you are wishing to get job through college campus drives, please don't get admission in this college. yes, some of the companies were came, but that was really rubbish, giving only 10-11k per month, which is too low.

College Events

2

as it is named as Guru Gobind Singh, mainly all the Sikh events are celebrate by the members. and some other events like, fresher's, farewell is also celebrate with lots of love. teachers' day, Independence day, republic day are the events which is always in events of this college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

it's really feasible. if you compare by any other private engineering college, you can say it is much more affordable. for a year, fees is about 80 k. which is really less than any other private engineering college.

Fees and Financial Aid

scholarship - for reserve categories, like OBC, SC and ST, having lower income will get almost 80% waive in their fees. loan facility is also available, if you wants to take education loan, college will make bond for you, by which you can get the loan very easily.

Campus Life

3

not the best, but yes it is fine as it is a emerging college, it is not thay much good in this section but you will have the opportunities to work with teachers in the labs. you will get the fare amount of time with good environment. as long as sports is concerned, it is quite good.

Admission

direct admission-- I just went there and asked for admission in electrical branch, they said to deposit the fees of first semester and take admission. There is no any requirement of percentage, or any ranks in any entrance exams at all.

Faculty

3.5

some of the teachers was really good, and coperative with students while some of them was just irritating. afterall, for study point of view, almost all teachers were focused to complete yhe syllabus before the exams.

Placement Experience:

7th Semester students become eligible for placements. The highest package is offered by Rubrik in 2025 of 1.41 CR(domestic) High paying jobs are mostly for SWE/SDE roles. Percentage of students getting placed in CSE/AIML is 75, ECE 69, EEE 60, Mech 58. My plans after gettting degree is to get into job sector only for a while. No such higher education plans as such.

1.The main thing about our campus, campus placements are so good. Branches like CSE & ECE have high placement percentage about 90. 2.From 3rd year students got involved college internships and programmes that allow them to better placements. 3.Top companies like Google,Microsoft,Amazon,Intel,Samsung etc visited our campus. And the highest package of our campus is about 60LPA offered by Amazon. 4.I planned to work after completing my B.Tech.

Placement Experience:

At BIT Mesra third is like full of practice for placements and final year more of placements activities than studies. So, when all these things are in order placements obviously will be more or less certain and here they are certain only with almost 90% students are places through campus with annual placements of 8-10 lakhs per annum.

On-campus placements are provided to pretty much everyone in the college. With one of the highest percentages of students getting placed, yet the average CTC offered is not up to loving standards, a lot of students opt for higher studies and IAS preparation after college.

We had very little companies for placement ibm and hcl came for bpo jobs.. About 80% left with no jobs after completing the session... Very poor placement opportunities. After completing the jobs most of us went to banglore for searching jobs... We had placement if any after completing 8 semesters We had ibm and hcl but they asked for donations before giving jobs. Packages were 3.6 Lakh to 5 Lakh per year. Overall 20% got placement. I prepared for Government exams after completing my degree.
