Over all, Atharva College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology is a really amazing college with a lot a facilities and activities which would help you to create and boost up your career in the hospitality stream.

U can pay ur fees in two installments via a demand draft. Fees structure sightly changes every next year. Talking bout the exam structure, its affiliated through Mumbai University. So as per MU sem 1 sem2 will be the year u learn your basics. Sem 3 will be a six months internship programme in a 5star hotel and sem4 will be the exam related to ur internship. Sem 5,sem6 will be the last year of us degree course where you will be only specializing in us department of interest.

we do have 100% placement in hotels, airlines and cruise, depending upon ur academic activities and marks. Yes our college does provide with a six months internship as well as i mentioned above. I was placed in note Sea Princess, Juhu, a 5 star hotel and i got to gain a lot of practical knowledge in all core departments of the hotel

Our college hosts many events such as traditional day, management festivals, food fests where students put up food stalls , cocurricular activities such as swimming, dancing, singing , mocktail making and many more. Every event is based on every specialization one can think about. So almost 90% of the students willingly participate in it.

We were asked to go for Student loans given by specific banks. and yes if u are a student alone working for urself , student loan would be a great idea to mold us career. Im not sure but i guess out college also gives a fee concession to those who are unable to pay the fees

We have practical sessions for departments such as front office , housekeeping, restaurants, bars , hot kitchen and bakery. also celebratation of all festivals are done with lots of enthusiasm and enjoyment and we also have swimming pool amd a gym for exercise

the seniors are very helpful and also share their knowledge and experience. They are and have to be a little strict on the grooming etiquettes. its their duty to make sure the juniors are following every rule of the college.

U would require your 10th and 12th marksheet and passing certificate. Submit the originals only for the admission. Apply for the Mock test, pass the interview and get ready for the group discussion. Over all it is easy as long as u r familiar to the current affairs locally and internationally and a lil bit bout how the hotel works.

every faculty is a graduate in hospitality , have worked in hotels before and have a lot of practical and theory knowledge to share with the students along with the syllabus. Over all , the faculties are friendly , helpful and put in their best.
