Remarks

I like my college and the only negative. Is to adjust for all environment the hostel food was not so good and infrastructure are quite old andyou have to work hard nobody will motivate you and you only have the responsibility in this college

Course Curriculum Overview

This course is very good and I like that course structure like syllabus and knowledge and exams conducted by only the Anna University there are two semesters for completing one year and practical exams are conducting very good

Placement Experience

Our college give many placement opportunities for the students and they also give internship arrangements for the students and they give various training for the students for the placement and they give good opportunity to explore

College Events

In our college they celebrate many cultural and events they separately conducted the culturals and events for each department and they give full freedom for the students to participate in the events and they also give fund for the programs

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our college fees are very low compared to the other college but we have to pay expensive fees for hostel so it is the only disadvantage but overall the feds is feasible and they are arranging the scholarship for that fees so there's no problem about Fees

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes our college give the way to gain the government providing scholarship and they make all the arrangements for the scholarship and they give all certificate required for the loan process and also give the scholarship information

Campus Life

They give more important for the sports and also provide the material needed for the students sports and they give proper training to them for the competition and there are many students have been selected to state level by our college training

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is very poor and the infrastructure is not so good in single room there are 5 members to stay and it is suffosicated and also this has advantage that is bonding between the friends arae very good

Alumni/Alumna

All the seniors are good they are very helpful in studies and praticipate in cultural programs and they train for that and the alumni association are not so good they didn't spectate the college they only visit one years

Admission

This is based on the counseling conducted by government (tnea) and I have choose the production engineering based on my interest this college allow only the merit students for admission there is no administration seats

Faculty

All the faculty are highly experienced and educated they are very intelligent and gave their knowledge to us very well they work very hard for us to study they also give suggestions for the books for reference

Placement Experience:

B.tech students will be eligible after they complete their credits before the 3rd year and usually that is the period during which they will be eligible for placements. For integrated M.tech it might be after the 4th year in 5th year,they could get a year for internships which is good for students. This might be considered as my interest in this course.The placement is around 95 percent.My plans after getting the degree is to become a highly skilled person and to get a job in google. Many companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Qualcomm, etc place our campus.There are no such companies that visited and made no offers.

A review about KARE

Placement Experience:

In my college placement start from 7th semester, students get eligible to sit in drives. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some core firms visited and gave good no of offers. Highest package was around 10 LPA and average near 4.5 LPA depending on profile, mostly software dev, testing and few core engineer role. Around 70% students got placed last year, rest go for higher studies or other prep. My plan after finishing degree is to first try campus offer then aim for higher studies if I not satisfied. Overall placement is decent but still more core companies should come.

A detailed review on GCT Coimbatore - Most affordable college of Asia.

In the admission process i applied only for government colleges like anna university chennai, gct coimbatore, gce salem, thiagaraja college madurai like that. Because i cant afford private college, among these government colleges gct coimbatore remains my first choice and got the admission in there. The main reason of choosing this college is affordable fee structure and good placement statistics. The admission process for government colleges are purely through Counselling process, there is no management quota. Based on our 12 th mark, a cutoff for 200 marks will be calculated. In this 100 marks from maths and 50 from physics and 50 from chemistry will be accounted. Then a rank list will be released based on this cutoff mark incl all applicants, it is called general rank list. There will be other rank list like community rank list where the rank will be grouped by community such as BC, MBC, SC/ST. Every college will release a seat matrix based upon their vacancy. Student have to fill a choice list based on their interest. And based on the rank, the software will check the vacancy for seats in the choice order and finally college is alloted.
